The only main problem we had was Pawrade had a hard time getting a hold of the breeder so we had to wait longer to pick her up. Also, my husband had to take a week and one half off of work to drive 5 and 1/2 hours one way to get her. We didn’t mind the drive , it was just so much time off work cause everything kept getting delayed. Otherwise, she is precious. Trying to train her to go potty outside is a chore cause the breeder hadn’t done any type of potty training. That will take time, I know. My husband even said he fell in love with her the minute we got her. She is a keeper. We lost our dearest Schnauzer, Meg about a month ago, she had cancer and found out about 3 weeks before we put her to sleep. We didn’t want her to suffer and it’s so dam hard to go through that loss . But now we have a new puppy to love and that means everything. Thank you for all your help.

Communication once puppy was picked up was good. Prior to pickup and post purchase the communication and process have much to be desired. You should have a dedicated liaison who is identified on confirmed purchase and who regularly communicates and is responsible for ensuring all details regarding delivery etc are correct. We are happy to finally have him home.

Although I am extremely happy with our new pup, I would probably not recommend Pawrade. The dealing with multiple representatives for each step of the process is overwhelming and having no connection to the breeder until pick up leaves the client in the dark. I guess I’m too old fashioned for this online world. I appreciate personal connections when dealing with people.

First let me say that I rarely give reviews and when I do it’s because I’m dissatisfied. I cannot begin to say how happy I am with pawrade and my new best friend! They were awesome throughout the entire process, my puppy arrived at my doorstep with what I would call white glove service. Just amazing. I’m so happy! I highly recommend pawrade. Everything they do protects you and most importantly protects your puppy and its best interest. 10 stars!

The drive home with the puppies was long for them with many stops along the way. The concern Pawrade employees show on the puppies you feel they really care for their puppies. The cost was a little high but overall I would recommend Pawrade to family and friends.

I renamed my Maltipoo puppy to Jill. The whole experience of getting her here was very negative. When I finally got Jill at 3:30 AM on June 14th she was hypoglycemic and dehydrated. She only weighs three pounds and I suspect she was too stressed to eat or drink much if any thing on her 4 day journey. She was listless and wouldn't even lick a bit of food off my finger. Her gums were dry. So I took her to Dove Lewis Emergency Vet in Portland. They kept her over night and into the day on Saturday. She was on a drip with a separate sugar infusion. I think she was too small to travel safely on such a long journey. Having her dropped off at 3:30 AM was problematic for all of us. If I had known what the arrangements for delivery were I would have chosen a different way or not bought her. I have dog I got form another company a couple of years ago. They had set up a service to fly the dogs out to their new homes.and it worked beautifully even though is was 116° when she got here at 4PM.

I was very hesitant to purchase a puppy online without being able to see and interact with him, however, Pawrade made the experience personal! We were able to have a zoom call with our favorite puppy and breeder. We asked questions, saw him interact, and fell in love! The process is straightforward and easy! They are a very accessible business, with long hours on the weekend, when we could settle down and do our puppy research. Each puppy has the parents and their weights and breed listed, which was important to us. After we chose our puppy, we had the option of travel as flying or by a puppy transport company. We chose the puppy transport, and again, they were wonderful! We could text for updates whenever we wanted, and we received our puppy in great health and as happy as ever! I would definitely use Pawrade again. The prices are fair, the service and information provided is helpful, truthful, and straightforward, and our puppy is healthy and amazing and so cuddly!
