Overall I had a great experience with Pawrade! It was a lot of fun to talk to my "Puppy Concierge" and learn about prospective puppies. I had spent a lot of time on my own trying to determine exactly what I was looking for, which did help narrow things down quickly. Everyone was really nice and extremely friendly like they are cheering you on along the way! I think for my next puppy I would go pick them up myself but arranging transport was generally smooth as well. There was a hiccup or so along the way which happens, but Tania reached out and helped answer my questions and sort out any issues. My puppy and I are settling in to our new home and she has been having a great time meeting people. Thank you to Pawrade I am having a blast with my little bundle of energy.

Pawrade did a great job on getting me information and following up. I received the puppy very soon after purchasing. He is a healthy adorable goldendoodle. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a puppy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the puppy transport. I was told he would be leaving on a certain day and should expect him in 2 -4 days from then. Got a message the day he was to leave that he would be arriving that night. Had to scramble as they require a vet check within 72 hours of receiving. My vet had to really make accommodations for that as usually there is a 6 week lead time for wellness visits. Then had to cancel the appointment as it needed to be sooner. Vet could not fit me in. Ended up getting vet I had previously used to fit him in. Just would have preferred better communication on that. Otherwise, everything went very well.

I can't say enough about how pleased and thankful that Mario and Mac are part of my life now and thanks to Pawrade who made it happen!! It's a very anticipatory process but they were well worth it!! I can't wait to embrace the next precarious antics they perform minus the potty training!! Thank you again to Pawrade and all the staff involved to add such pleasure in my life!!

I can't say enough great things about our Pawrade experience. Everyone we communicated with there was so friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions adequately and on a timely basis. They provided excellent instructions throughout the process so we knew what to expect and were clear about each step. We were nervous about choosing a puppy online, but she arrived exactly as described and is absolutely perfect! We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a new fur baby.

My experience with Pawrade was excellent! My beautiful 4 month old Golden Doodle Mini (Karis) is such a special puppy! She traveled a long way with an unforeseeable flight delay and was understandably a little tired but she has really adjusted quickly. She is healthy and has bondless energy. She's really smart and I'm pleasantly surprised how quickly she has learned to use the potty pads. She was consistently going to the pad in less than a week since arrival. I am co-parenting her with a close friend and we are both delighted. Neither of us want to say goodbye when she is with her other parent. Karis is a delightful addition to our lives and Pawrade didn't disappoint!!

My husband and I are so happy to have our Mini Goldendoodle in our lives. We purchased Francisca (renamed her Kasia) and the process was fairly smooth. She is a wonderfully sweet and playful puppy, and we look forward to having her part of my family for many years to come. I am still confused as to the breed her and dad are. It says Golden Retriever and mom Poodle on her description but vet vaccination records provided to me show mom and dad are both Mini Goldendoodles. In the end, I love her so but would love clarification and pics of both dog parents.

Everything went fine. I wish I had not bought the food supplement, as my vet didn't think it was necessary & I can't return it. Also my puppy had received more shots than he needed at his young age before I adopted him. Don't need vitamins breeder recommended either.

Everybody I worked with at Pawrade was awesome! I was a little nervous to buy a puppy just by looking at pictures and general information online. I received a quick response whenever I had a question-and I had lots of them! They checked in frequently before we received our puppy and even a few days after to see how we all were doing. She arrived safely and was happy to be here. Thank you Pawrade- we love our little Betty! (aka Zaria)

I was very impressed with the process of purchasing a puppy and the customer service I received with Pawrade and Petpay. I was a little wary about buying a puppy sight unseen on-line with an out of state breeder and worried it could be a scam but have no fear. They are totally legit and very professional. Somebody reached out to me as soon as I expressed a serious interest in my specific puppy. The communication back and forth by phone and email was immediate and very helpful. I didn't speak directly with the breeder but I could have if needed. I asked for a current picture and video of my puppy which they got back to me the next day along with pictures of the Mom and Dad. They supplied us with a lot of pre- and post arrival information which was very useful. They were in touch every step of the way up to delivery and then checked back after a few days to see how it was all going. It has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Pawrade!

Far too many irrelevant hurdles to jump over in order for the health guarantee. That's why I did not activate mine, its a joke.

The only 2 requirements we have for the health guarantee are to activate the complimentary MetLife Pet Insurance and take your new puppy to the vet within 72 hours. We wish you and Lenny the best but wish you would have taken the time to activate your comprehensive health guarantee and free pet insurance.
