Love my puppy but I am not a fan of the ground transportation. My pup came from Indiana and I am in Massachusetts. He just came out of a van filled with loose dogs … of course he had worms and gardia… but still love him and he is such a cutie 🥰. Paw race was easy to use , helpful and easy to use . I like the security around the purchase 🥳

The first person we spoke with was helpful and responsive. Then once paid, service went downhill. My vaccine paperwork wasn't up to date, so my vet, had to do a vaccine, at my expense. So not honest. Then when my dog came he was adorable, but needed grooming asap. Vet said his hair in eyes could hurt corneas. He was way too long. Makes me wonder how the vet and grooming was on me. They won't pay. I wouldn't recommend their services. Go straight to breeders, not someone at home answering emails that doesn't care.

Coco, now Angel is wonderful! She is a happy and playful puppy and loves to snuggle. My experience with Pawrade and Petpay has been fantastic.
Our puppy is amazing! The breeder did a wonderful job socializing her. Any questions we had they answered and she was hand delivered to us. We couldn't imagine things without her now!
We have a golden doodle 💕 She is adorable and so spunky She just loves her older brother Lab River She's been renamed from Gigi to Piper Everyone at Pawrade was professional and very caring . I would love to say, y'all did a excellent job with getting me my new best friend, this was the best Christmas present to myself that I have ever gotten myself, I did rename my dog, his name is Max 🐶 and he loves me so much, the transition and getting him to me..went very well, I am in Pennsylvania and he was in Ohio, and it's been a week today since we've been together..and we are very very happy, again y'all did an excellent job in getting us together, and him being my new family member, thank you so much ..🐶🐶🐶🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️

Everything went super smooth! No complaints at all except for the obligation to get puppy seen in 72 hours.. virtually impossible to get him seen anywhere around me for 3 weeks. Plan in advance! Other than that travel was great and the communication was too. Our golden doodle is so happy, healthy, and fits right in with my family!
We had a great experience! We love our puppy and cannot wait to see him grow!

I was supposed to receive the puppy on Wednesday, then received a text saying that he would arrive Tuesday night between 9pm and 11pm. After paying almost $1,000 for the service I expected the service to be more accurate in estimating the date, and time of the puppies arrival. If it was possible he would arrive that late a day earlier, that late at night the service should have made me aware. There are other services that transport puppies. I would never use this service again. The puppy I received is wonderful, not being fully ready for his arrival was terrible!

We looked along time for a puppy we wanted, a small golden doodle. We always had large goldens and loved their friendly, smart personalities. We saw Pawrade online and kept looking until we made a decision to try a puppy. They were easy to get back to us but wouldn't follow up with our questions about the breeder at all. And after we paid for him they would not follow up our questions about how he was being raised and that he was 5lbs and the weight of his parents, so when we finally got him, at 8 PM a week late , he was 20 pounds and very dirty. The very expensive delivery service were tired, without any papers on him only our address and papers for us to sign that he was delivered. We did get his records faxed to us 4 days later. We love our puppy but would encourage other people to get a pet locally. Too much lack of information and very hard on the puppies. And the costs are way too high. 5 stars for our puppy.

Everyone was very helpful and encouraging. I left a few messages that weren't returned, but eventually I managed to get through. The delivery went ok, the estimate to get to me by the 2-5 pm window wasn't good. The driver did keep me well informed, but didn't get to us until 8 pm. Sometimes traffic is unpredictable, I guess! Phoebe is in great condition and we are loving her energy and love. She has obviously been cared for well by the breeder, and we look forward to many happy years with her!
