Very Responsive!
Very responsive. Answered all questions. Only having 72 hours to visit a vet for a check up to ensure the warranty would not be void was a bit tedious.
Purchasing process was great. Ground transportation was a little touch and go as they have a very hard time estimating when they will arrive but overall George (Zebu) is very healthy and happy. Thanks Pawrade!

Wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Our newest family member showed up and felt right at home. Gabriel helped so much with finding a breed that would fit right in with us, and everything was spot on. Everything went so smoothly, and our pup showed up from his travels happy as a clam. We truly appreciate the user experience with pawrade.

The wait time to get the puppy that I wanted was 6 months to 2 years. (A mini goldendoodle). I did not want to wait that long to get a puppy so I did a lot of research and came across Pawrade. I was very skeptical about using them but after reading the reviews and talking a lot to Peter, I decided to do it. My puppy was ready to be adopted but we had to take my daughter to college out of state and had a vacation planned so the timing wasn't perfect for us but I felt like the puppy was! Peter arranged for the breeder to keep the puppy 3 weeks longer. There was a charge for this but it was super reasonable. Finally was able to pick up my puppy myself. She was carsick and we had a 3 day ride back to California. Thank god for dramamine!! We LOVE our puppy Lucy (now called Morgan). If you are worried about using Pawrade, don't be. It really is legit! Thank you for bringing my puppy into our home!!

We love Natalia! We have since named her Gracie. She is very loving, secure, playful and adjusted! She's a wonderful puppy and has become a new member of our family!

The whole experience was quick and easy. The staff at Pawrade was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. I was able to go pick up my puppy directly from the breeder which made me feel more comfortable as well.

All was good. From purchase to bringing home puppy. It is difficult to meet the 72 hour vet appointment.
My transaction smooth and safe!!!! So happy everything went well and will recommend Pawrade to my family and friends.

We had an issue with the delivery of our new puppy, she was traveling by airplane and on the day she was due to arrive she was not on the plane. The Breeder had discovered a minor health issue with the final Vet visit and was not sure we were still interested so she did not put the dog on the plane. The problem I had was that no one called or emailed us to let us know that the dog was not going to be on the plane. We went to pick up the new puppy and she was not there, we were very disappointed. This could have all been avoided if the communication was better, someone at Pawrade dropped the ball on this and we were not pleased about it.

Great service all around! Pawrade team is incredible. They are always available and forthcoming with information to get you ready for your new puppy. My puppy, Gerry now Garry is very cute and healthy. Their transport services were top-notched- they communicated with us from the time they picked him up until drop-off. I am very satisfied with the entire process. If you are looking for a best-friend or a fur baby to add to your family, do so through Pawrade. They are amazing!!
Our new puppy was delivered as promised. She had a long flight ang was tired when she arrived. We gave her lots of love ,water and some nutrients that picked her up and got her going, after a two hour drive home she slept all night long. Not bad for the first day. Thanks Pawrade for our new family member

Professional, accurate, excellent contact. I was kept informed every step of the way. I used a flight nanny for the transport and it was worth every penny. Mia was accompanied and cared for extremely well. Mia turns out to be a fine example of the breed in outstanding health. So happy to have a healthy puppy with a pleasant temperament. From the start of the process to transfer of ownership of Marvin, who is now 'CODY", was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and supportive in all aspects of the Pawrade experience! Starting with Beth on the procurement and contractual steps, Jen on vaccinations, and Renee on travel arrangements, it was a non-stressful and well-organized process! I am truly thankful and so is CODY. He is well-adjusted and loved his home! He is happy and runs around his lovely fenced-in backyard! All-in-all, we are both happy! It was a good experience the only problem I had is upon receiving pup she smelled terrible and was very dirty and when I got her home discovered she had ear mites besides all she is loving and caring and is in a good home had a vet visit and is already spoil
