Everyone was very helpful during the whole process and being able to pick up our new puppy from the breeders was an added pleasure because we had been scammed to other times where we paid thousands of dollars and never got any dog so it was great to see the breeders there with Paisley, but we've changed her name to Gracie Ann, with the new w breeders!

I was so excited and a little nervous using a company off the internet. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. Pawrade was the easiest and best experience. They explain everything and help you through each step. It was a long 5 weeks waiting for my puppy to be delivered, but so worth the wait. I totally recommend everyone to use them to find their family furbaby.

Communication is relentless until the contract on your new puppy is executed. Once contract is Executed Communications come to a Stop, They ask you when you want to pick up your new puppy but they don't communicate if you are Track to pick-up the puppy or when the puppies schedule health check date is, which hinges 100% on when the puppy to be picked up. I had to Request the date, and miraculously!! that day. 2 days later I asked any updates, followed by we are waiting for the records to be uploaded we are still on track for pickup date. Another 4 days go by no update, so i requested a phone call to find out what is going on, only to receive a message on the message board stating there was some confusion and the breeder missed there appointment. So here we are 6 days pass my initial request for update, it took all of 2 hours to take my money and execute a contract but you can figure out any sooner than 6 days that there was some confusion, good job Pawrade way to be on top of things.

The whole process was very smooth. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend using Pawrade. I got a mini Goldendoodle who is absolutely adorable and arrived in good health. She is a very happy puppy.

I am in love with my new mini goldendoodle (onyx) now named Milo, He is the perfect puppy and thanks to the breeder for all her hard work. It shows in onyx personality and his eagerness to be part of a loving family. Pawrade did an amazing job of leading through the adoption process. At first it is a bit confusing because you talk to four different people in charge of getting your dog to you. The concierge takes care of your initial road to adoption. The next person takes care of paperwork and payment. The third takes care of all financial obligations. The last is the person who completes the final road to getting your puppy to you as soon as possible. Even though you communicate with each one separately, if one is not available for any questions, you can always call the concierge of which they can answer any and all questions you have My Milo traveled by car by from Indiana to Maryland and arrived safe sound and happy. We have our puppy and he is wonderful. Response to questions was good, however, could have been faster. The number I was given to call always went to voice mail and sometimes it took more than 4 hours to get a response. The responses were always an email. Service employees were kind and knowledgable. The puppy was in good shape from the travel. The drivers were courteous.

From the first moment I called to ask a question until I picked up my new puppy, the people at Pawrade have been wonderful. When I called the first time to ask questions about the type of puppy we were looking for, the lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She listened and then made suggestions on breeds that would fit my needs and lifestyle. My family was able to agree on a puppy easily and the whole process was smooth and we were kept informed every step of the way. We picked our puppy in person and was it was nice to meet the breeder and talk about our dogs temperament and usual behavior. I highly recommend you use them to help you find your new furry best friend.

1. Pre-reserved the Pawrade team is unrelenting in their attempt to reach you via all contact methods you’ve shared with them. Once you’ve made contact, they are super friendly, accommodating, but with any sales team, they are trying to make a sale, so be prepared for urgency messaging with making a decision. 2. Post reserved, pre-delivery, the Pawrade team is again friendly, with emails about what to expect wildly flying as they ensure you’re aware of what to expect, but as learned, mostly to drive home the contract requirements from the reservation of your new furry friend. 3. Delivery team, very friendly and provide timely updates as they travel across the US. Due to how young my puppy was/is, ground travel was only option vs air, which was best method until the winter storm pushing into the West. 4. Post Delivery Support Team - friendly quickly moves to a realm in which documentation is paramount over delivery of exceptional experiences. Too much CYA, less support.

The process was relatively smooth. I especially appreciated the fact that the breeder actually took the time to bring my new family member to me. That put my concerns to rest... I would definitely go through Pawrade again. They are fan5astic, every step of the way...
