He is adorable as his pictures and is so sweet. The delivery process was easy and he was well taken care of. Within hours of being in our home he fit right in. We love him!

I think every aspect of the process went well with good communication. I just have one concern. I asked a lot of questions about his size because I wanted to make sure that I didn't get too big of a dog for my height, etc. I still think his size will be fine. I asked questions 3 weeks ago about how much he weighed, and they said 9 lbs. I asked what his weight was at 8 weeks. He said he didn't know but thought somewhere between 6-8 lbs. Holden will be 18 weeks tomorrow and only weighed 5.5 lbs today at the vet. The vet said that he is very, very thin. I am concerned about this discrepancy, and just want my dog to be okay. Cray, now renamed Alfie, arrived happy and full of pep. He's just what I was hoping for. Pawrade did a great job with communications throughout the procedure and delivery. There was one minor problem (Giardia) that should be covered by the Met Life iinsurance.

My puppy arrived four days ago and is a little over six months old. Pawrade was wonderful during the purchasing and delivery process and my puppy arrived happy and healthy with all of her vaccinations. That's the plus side. The downside is that other than knowing the word "no" she has had no training. She had absolutely no leash training or any real potty training to speak of (access to a doggy door does not, in my opinion, constitute potty training). I now know that getting a younger puppy may have actually been to my advantage; although my pup is a smart girl and is learning fairly quickly. Truthfully, I would think that given the purchase price and the requirements to maintain the health guaranty coverage, the puppy would have at least received some basic training given her age. She was not at all prepared for life outside of her birth home. I feel bad for her - it can't be easy on her and definitely is not easy on me - a lot of lessons learned in this experience.

Some of the info required seem a bit over kill to me, even though I knew it was for everyone's protection Really did not care that I was not allowed any direct communication with the owner/breeder even though the dog was already paid for in full Honestly, would not go this route again I liked it better when I was able to communicate with the breeder,we were able to do this with the last dog we had--especially since he was purchased out of state also

Love our puppy!! I was nervous about purchasing a puppy I didn't meet in person. I can only hope they are honest about their no puppy mill pledge. When our puppy arrived it was the correct puppy and she arrived healthy and relatively happy all things considered. Our vet gave her a clean bill of health and said she's in excellent shape. Overall, we're very happy with our experience with Pawrade and we LOVE our sweet baby girl. The reason for 4 stars is the same as I'm seeing in many other reviews; I could have used more clear and consistent communication about the transport process, dates, and timing. That being said, the transport left on the day originally specified and the transport drivers were pleasant; our puppy was hand delivered in great condition.

It is hard to just pick out a dog from a picture, however we did great, I wish that we could of had some conversation with the breeder, to find out what her tempermant and likes were, so we could understand her a bit better, we love her ❤️

Communication was very terrible when delivering the puppy I was advised that I will get updates and tracking. I didn't get none of that and I felt like a nuisance just to get an update on a puppy I purchased.

Overall good. Puppy arrived dirty, smelling like he's been vomiting and the timing of delivery was initally set to be 1-3am when I asked that to be changed to an earlier time they said its not possible - my son was sleeping and had school next day . delivery charge was $795 I think for that amount the should be a better timing that people receive their puppies for the first time specially if they have an excited kid at home whose waiting to see them.

Overall, I could not be happier with our dog, Rocky. From the moment of sending a message of interest to transport everything was professional. Both Lois and Holly were great and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. When Rocky arrived, he was clean, groomed, happy and healthy. Unfortunately, he had an ear infection but I was able to put in a claim for reimbursement. I would recommend using Pawrade for their next furbaby.

I found my beautiful little puppy, now my little companion, on Pawrade and started the process of reserving her. I have never worked with an agency like this before and I will say it has been a wonderful experience. They made things so easy with everything, even communication. I received my little baby on February 2 and she is my world right now. She endured the 9-hour trip to her new home like a little trooper. She has been a joy this entire past weekend and I love the puppy love she gives. We were not notified of all the price additions in the beginning. We were not notified that there was a transfer of ownership and who it would be coming from until I email Pawrade asking for this. The Consierges were non responsive for days. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Our puppy arrived at midnight which is hard on the puppy and hard on us. There should be a cutoff time to deliver puppies. This whole process was so cold and uncaring. I'm very disapointed.
