Very thrilled to have our new puppy!!! Pawrade guided us through every step and the communication was exceptional! The drivers delivered our puppy right to our home and it was easy to see that she had been well cared for! I highly recommend Pawrade!

Excellent service. The only area for improvement would be to give me the address, or approximate, location of the breeder. It caused me a couple hours of delay since I was not sure where I was going outside of the general area. Our new puppy is great and is adjust well to her new home.

The whole process from picking out the puppy we wanted to having him delivered was easy. All the people who were involved I. The process were very helpful, knowledgeable and nice.

Hi, frankly I'm overall disappointed in my transaction with pawrade over all. My puppy is amazing and I love him already. However, his medical records still haven't been uploaded. I don't have any idea what vaccines he's had for me to give his new vet at our appointment. I was supposed to be told when he had his pre travel wellness check, I wasn't. When I asked through pawrade, I was met with messages that the breeder hasn't updated the information yet but when they do, I'll be notified. I have my pup now and I'm required to go to the vet per the agreement I've made with Pawrade, yet I have nothing to show them. I specially asked about his weight, question was never answered. As far as the travel goes, I was initially told he'd be delivered to me in the afternoon on Thursday (yesterday). It took me messaging the delivery company at 4pm asking for an update for them to tell me he'd be delivered around 8:30pm. More comments, this box won't allow more typing. Overall displeased.

Many wonderful moments with Pawrade. Most of the staff we communicated were very nice, friendly and helpful! Our puppy is wonderful and arrived in very good shape! However, there were a few things parade could have done to cut down on the extra/perhaps unnecessary anxiety that we experienced. Overall, the most important things were done very well and so far, it's been a great experience.

Overall things went well and we are satisfied. After the Pet Pay portion is completed there seems to be a lack of communication. especially there is travel for pickup involved. Once you have paid thousands there should be more timely responses to customer questions. For those like us these are lifelong commitments to a being totally reliant on us for their lively hood. With the world wide web being that is today trust is not always guaranteed. We thank you for your help! Ron

We are in love with our sweet puppy. She is very smart and cuddly! She arrived very hungry and had a bit of kennel cough. We had her to the vet within the 72 window required by Pawrade and that has cleared with proper meds.

I am quite pleased with Pawrade. There are two things I would say could be improved & that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The overall information about the processes could expand more. I wasn't quite sure about how the purchase and delivery of the dog actually went. Know that Pawrade didn't handle the delivery but it was confusing. No information came from the breeder about how much & how often to feed the puppy. That is why I would like to talk to the breeder. Know that's why the breeders use you - to keep the buyers away. I didn't ask Pawrade since I thought the breeder would send some instructions about feeding and anything else relevant which they did not. Thank you.

From beginning to end, this experience was amazing. Being a first-time dog owner, everything I needed to know was provided and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Process was outstanding until payment was made, at which point communication was scarce and forced by customer. Site listed puppy as microchipped, and none could be found during vet visit. Second puppy purchase in past 3 months and first experience was significantly better.

Our puppy arrived on Sunday evening and we were informed every step of her journey. From the beginning, Pawrade has been an awesome organization to work with. We were confident that our new puppy would come from a reputable breeder which kept us worry free from the beginning of the process. Wags on Wheels delivered a healthy, happy puppy who melted into our arms as soon as she was handed to us. Those who had transported her were kind and demonstrated compassion during the special delivery. We are very grateful to have the new and wonderful addition to our household. Thank you.

I highly recommend Pawrade as a source for a new puppy. They are a very professional organization and thorough in vetting the breeders they work with to make sure they are reputable and experienced. They do not ever buy from puppy mills. They provide health guarantees and a very professional purchase contract to protect both buyer and seller. They also provide proof that the puppy you purchase has had a wellness exam and initial set of vaccinations. The puppies I purchased are very healthy, active, and both have adorable personalities. I am thrilled with both of them. They were transported to me from Oklahoma to California by experienced drivers who did an incredible job taking care of the puppies during the 2 1/2 day journey and the puppies arrived safely, happy and full of energy. Again, I would highly recommend Pawrade.

We decided that it was time to welcome a puppy into our home and were looking for mini goldendoodles. We decided to get two when we saw adorable sisters were available. Since Pawrade had so many choices, I was a little skeptical that it was a hoax. BUT Pawrade was actually fantastic. We got the exact puppies we chose and were able to Zoom with the breeder and our puppies before they were delivered to us by the transport team. Magnolia “Maggie” May (previously “Molly”) and Penelope “Penny” Lane are beautiful, happy, healthy little additions to our family and we are loving learning their sweet, funny, cuddly, mischievous personalities. It took them 2 weeks to get to us once we paid for them which felt like a long time, but the representatives at Pawrade communicated with us each step of the way! Thank you for our beautiful puppies!

To begin with Pawrade doesn't deserve one single Star. Customer Service is terrible. I spent three days and more than 10 hours on the phone to deal with this transaction. Regarding the item "Adoption and Petpay fees". On the first day I was told $70.00; on the second this charge was down to $58.00 and ........ at the end the Pet fee I was charged was $116.40 !!!!!!. Dishonest way to do businesses! I will never recommend Parade to anybody. When I complained about the Petpay fee overcharge and I was thinking of cancelling the adoption, I was told that I could do that but I would lose my entire deposit already paid. It sounds like blackmail.
