I was a little worried after purchase whether I see the little youngster..... But after waiting a couple of long weeks it was here and everything was fine . The delivery couple were fantastic ..... My Thaddeus which is now Milton Thaddeus is such a great pup.... I would recommend this service and would do it again...As my wife wants one of her own...Ha Ha.....

She is absolutely beautiful and we love her, although it was very difficult talking to a different person. Every time I called even though the ladies have the notes they could refer to sometimes when you write down notes, you just aren't real specific, so it was like starting a conversation all over again, but most of the ladies I talk to we're very, very nice and very very helpful, and in the end it all worked out. I do believe that information like she lives on a farm and she's never been in a collar harness or leash, and may try to escape and run away is very important. She is very nervous. I understand she's a new puppy, but I was allowed to believe that she was doggie door trained, and the doggie door she had was in a barn, and she ran in the open on a farm.And she is six months old. But like I said, we love her and I'm sure with a little bit of training she will be just fine. Thanks again

My messages and inquiries were responded too with an amazing sense of urgency. From requesting off-site pictures, a zoom-call with the breeder, and pictures of my puppies of parents, all of my requests were met within 24 hours. I worked with Janell and she was, from beginning to end, passionate, connected and unconditionally accommodating. The entire process took just over two weeks from payment to delivery. The ground transportation service was great, trackable by GPS, and my expectations have been farrr exceeded. I have a beautiful mini aussie shepherd, healthy, happy, and eager to live life every day. Our puppy arrived with numerous infections and parasites. He was malnourished and covered in feces and urine. You lied and said you arranged for air transportation. Three days later he arrived via "wags on wheels." He was coming from Arkansas - our vet said he was most definitely from a puppy mill. You and whomever WHELPED him should be ashamed of yourselves. You lied about everything. The fees you charged are criminal. I would never, EVER recommend your service to anyone. I am so happy our sweet boy is doing okay. Thank goodness we provided proper medical treatment ASAP. Do better.

I received a healthy beautiful pup via travel nanny-who was a star! The one thing that needs improvement is communication prior to delivery from Pawrade staff. It was difficult to get photos and updates on pup while waiting for delivery arrangements.

I was not happy with the fact that none of the information along the way was forthcoming until I was using strong comments to find out the next steps were each time left without forwarding to me. Multiple different parties reaching out and sending the same documents repeatedly (after first set was signed) The puppy while wonderful was not at all as advertised on her profile. I was given contradictory information three times. I don't regret her; I do regret this path. I should've just stuck with rescues as I always have.

Picking our little girl was the easy part. But the transportation was an issue. Their communication was poor and our little girl arrived with an eye injury. $640.00 later, I'm still dealing with the trauma that was done while she was in transportation. Kenny our Puppy Consierge was great! Tom, Carlyle's breeder very helpful as well. I'm not sure if it was the ride in the crate, or what, but Carlyle did not smell good upon pick up. He really needed a bath when we got home! My only negative comment would be: Way too long before receiving contact information with the breeder. We drive from TN to Oklahoma and then Missouri to pick up 2 Pups. Did not know where we were going till day before. Not a big deal really it just seemed odd. Other than that? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not too happy that my puppies arrived full of ear mites and a yeast infection. Also the instructions on what to do for the insurance and vet appointments all were very confusing. Rather disappointing experience!
