Everything was great except knowing exactly when he was going to arrive. Thought he was coming Monday came Friday at 3:30am! Loving him so much tho. Everything else was fantastic. Drivers were great too!

I was quite apprehensive about purchasing a puppy through a second party online. I did my research and decided to give it a try. I held my breath through those first days even after I’d chosen a puppy. Now, M.Cooper is ho e with us for a week and we couldn’t be more pleased with the process. Pawrade was there each step of the process and explained the next step. They always replied quickly when I had a quested. Tony, Emily and the rest reached out to me throughout the process. I’ve worked with Pawrade three times and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My agent was completely uncommunicative and unresponsive, the travel department failed to check my address before hiring a driver. So the only thing that was wrong was the state due to my billing/shipping addresses being in different states - the ZIP Code was correct and so was the street address. A driver was hired and I was not advised until the night before that they did not travel to Minnesota, but would only go as far as Illinois. I Wasted $3500 getting a last-minute flight and rental car to get a puppy that was 16 hrs late. I will never use Pawrade again. What a nightmare and a waste of time.

Very pleased with the process. Ezekiel is everything we were hoping for . It was a 12 hr drive to pick up Ezekiel the breeder was great at the pick up location. The Pawrade system makes sure you are receiving a healthy happy puppy. Beginning to delivery the Pawrade system is the way to go
I am beyond happy. From start to finish, adopting my fur buddy was an enjoyable process. Thank you so much.

Everything went well. My only feedback is, when I am arranging for transportation of my pet, it took three days for Teddy to arrive. I had not idea it would be so long; had I known, I probably would have opted for the plan transport. The drivers were great, the app kept me updated, and I think the service was good - except LONG
