We Love Sam. He is quite timid yet but is already learning the No command and His new name. We are using Peepads for Him to do His business. He will pre on it but most of the time choses to poop on the kitchen floor. Easy to clean up/tile. He goes for His Travel Exam at the Vet Tues May 2nd at 230. He will have the same Dr our 2 other Boys had. I signed up for MetLife Ins for Him yesterday. Finalize on microchip tomorrow.

We are so grateful for Pawrade. This service is so responsive, helpful, and on top of everything. Our new Puppy Delaney, which he kept the name the breeder gave her, is absolutely perfect. She is not quite "laid back" as the description mentioned, but she is a puppy and that is to be expected. I cannot thank Pawrade enough for everything they have done. The ground travel went smoothly and was completed on time. I am so happy to have my new puppy and would 100% use Pawrade again in the future.

To say, we are in love with our puppy, is an understatement. The collaborative team at Pawrade did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their costumer service was there to answer all questions, there contracts were clearly stated as to what we were paying and what we were getting. So much thought went into the welfare of our pup. Our puppy flew to us and he was well taken care of. We are forever grateful. Thank you.

We are very pleased with our new puppy. They kept us updated during the entire process once we picker our newest family member. The care team was great in getting any info we requested about our puppy. The travel process was new to us, but we were well informed when her travel plans had to change. We were also impressed with the follow up calls and support once we picked up our new addition.

I was skeptical at first ordering a puppy online and even hoped that I would not be scammed. This company is legit, and we are in love with our puppy that we purchased through Pawrade. We had a great experience with Pawrade. The breeder was great and we love our new puppy, Tula. She's a mini-assuie and couldn't be cuter. Descriptions were very accurate, and we loved the weekly updates until we surprised our kiddos with a road trip to pick up the little lady. Highly recommend Pawrade. Only recommendation would be to publish where the breeder is located on the original post for the puppy.

Milo (AKA Piper) has warmed up and is having a blast with his new family. He had a rough delivery to us and was full of poop. I was slightly disappointed that his tail was docked without notice. Videos I received of him showed his cute tail with a white dot at the end. I was overall very pleased with the communication and service provided before the delivery.

Customer Service Reps were outstanding! Friendly, helpful and cheery. Purchasing/ Information Reps not so great. Friendly yes but not very informative, neither were the Transportation Ground Delivery Reps! He was delivered in great condition but no carrier was provided after paying $700 no carrier was provided. However the Driver was exceptionally friendly and courteous but the only drawback was communication and Delivery Time-3-6 am, not a good time to deliver a puppy. Text messages with the Driver were ignored and only text when he was dropping him off. I was informed by Metlife that Thor was picked up on his due date but was not given a receiving date until two days before delivery Friday which thank God was changed to Saturday. As a working person I need to know in advance when he would be delivered in order to arrange taking that day off. Thank God I work with very understanding, accommodating people. In conclusion it was not the best, but not the worst puppy purchase I have made

Valecia, we do state on our website a carrier is not provided with your puppy if selecting ground transportation. We are sorry if this was not properly conveyed, but we are delighted to hear Thor arrived happy & healthy!

The process was easy-going and members of the staff kept me informed of everything that was going on and what was required of me. There was one thing that I thought needed improvement and that is explanation of how the transportation process works. I was told that my dog Beau would be flown in via airplane from Arkansas and that the cost was $699. The company called me and said that the puppy didn't check out with the vet due to it having Coccidia and it would probably be another week before he arrives. Well, I received a call that Saturday from the person delivering him stating she was on the way to drop him off. I was not informed beforehand that he would be delivered Saturday and via van. It was an inconvenience to me but I love my puppy. He is sweet, playful, and loving!

I was explained what to do and how the process works, all my questions were answered and in a prompt manner. I have had my puppy for four days and I am so happy with her. The process that the agency explained in order to get my pup was followed to the T . Every thing was perfect and the breeder happened to reside in Florida and we arranged to meet in a closer location. My pup is lovely and I would recommend Pawrade if you are looking for a new addition to your home.

Tina with Pawrade was awesome. She kept me up to date with my fur baby's progress. My only problem was with transportation of my puppy. The delivery company had him scheduled for delivery at my mailing address instead of my actual address. I told them that there was no one there. The address I'm at is 2 hours away. The company wanted to take him back across country and redeliver him. No way was he going to be on the road 15 days
