We LOVE our puppy. The customer service is wonderful so far. I’m only giving 3 stars because our baby came with a big scab on his neck from a bite from his dad. This could’ve been disclosed during the conversation with the breeder. I specifically asked about temperaments of the parents. The baby also has a double ear infection but I was told that can stress from travel can bring out issues? The food on the puppy listing was incorrect and an expensive bag of food was purchased and I’m unable to return it because I opened it. We recently lost our little 6.5 year old rescue to complications from Cushings and Diabetes. We spent 5 years trying to get this guy healthy and give him the best life after being dumped. The reason why I decided to go with this company was for the vetting of breeders and reassurance we’d be getting a healthy and happy baby. I pray this little guy has had a wonderful first 5 months of life filled with love and care. He’s home now.

COOPER, has bonded quickly with my wife and I, even after less than a week and he is recognizing his name, and a boisterous personality is emerging. Loved working with parade. They made it nice and easy getting the new member to my family. They also made sure the dog was happy and healthy. They were very good at making sure I was who I said I was and not just dropping the dog off to anyone. Would recommend going through pawrade

All went very well with the exception of the choice of either the breeder or Pawrade to use a discount airline and a 9 hour flight vs. an $85 more costly direct flight which would have saved 5 hours of travel for the puppy. And not require the courier to wait 5 hours for a return flight. Plus there was confusion as someone contacted me regarding a FIVE DAY drive with the 3 lb. puppy which would have been horrible for the puppy. That may have been a mistake on someone's part but for the price paid for the puppy and the transport this left me with a bad taste in my mouth that $85 wouldn't have been worth less than half the time for this puppy to have to travel.

It was our daughter's idea. We lost our beloved Yorkie 5 years ago and swore to never replace her. But we now have a Morkie that is the light of our life. She is a perfect angel, in perfect health, with just the right amount of rascal, and arrived indoor potty trained 100%. The transaction was simple, the handoff was simple, but the dog is the star of the show. She is show quality perfect, beautiful, and intelligent. Thank you, Pawrade!

Our puppy is great. The breeder was wonderful and very helpful. Our communication with Pam at Pawrade was wonderful. There was a mistake with the birthdate of our puppy. The ad said 12/12/25 but she was really born on 10/12/25. This was not discovered until we were setting the date for pickup. This made our puppy a month older than we would have liked when getting her. Not sure how that happened. The communicating with travel dept was not as easy as it could have been. I requested a phone call but they would only communicate by message. Much easier to just call. That was frustrating to me. Overall we were very pleased with our new furry friend. She passed with flying colors at our vet and is becoming an important part of our family. Would definitely recommend Pawrade. 😊

After initial uncertainty of buying a puppy online, my fears wear alleviated from reading reviews and talking with staff. I don't regret my decision. My puppy has been here nearly 2 weeks now, and arrived healthy and happy. He is so sweet and loving, was very well socialized, bonded instantly, and we've already begun making a lifetime of memories. My one suggestion is improving on communication during the process by assigning one person to deal with, instead of multiple people. Thank you so much for my sweet little angel...I named him CocoaBean. 😊

The entire process was clear and pleasant. Our puppy is even more beautiful than the picture and in perfect health. However, the description stated that the breeder had started the potty training process, which was not true, as they told us otherwise when we asked. We have started completely from scratch. The information provided should be reviewed to ensure it is accurate and not misleading to customers. Thank you.

Working with Pawrade was very easy. I was able to record and save every text message and any information about my new puppy. She came on the day and The Time as promised with a small detour. I could not leave my job as I take care of a 100-year-old lady so they brought Josie to my place of work. Which I deeply appreciated. This puppy is already loved and will be for her entire life! Thank you Pawrade for a smooth and easy transition. Her travel caregivers did a very good job with her she was well fed, clean and very happy.

We're very pleased with our family addition . The process was very detailed, with our Rep providing instructions and expectations. We were kept in the loop. There weren't any surprises and our beautiful Lexi, aka Carolyn, arrived healthy.

Very happy with my puppy, Marcus. He is very healthy and playful and seems to even have had some training prior to my getting him. While I did have some hiccups with when he was able to be picked up, once he was, the delivery was extremely fast and simple, and the driver who delivered him was very kind! Overall VERY happy with my experience.
