Thank you so much for Todo (new name Halo), we had a tough start when we purchased another pup that passed and that hit us hard. You gave us time to think and decide about another one and he is awesome. Everyone in the company did great, answered every question and always got back even during that tough time. When I began my process with Pawrade, I was skeptical. Once I chose our puppy I very nervous about how we were going to get him safely home. From the moment I started the process, everyone was very helpful and always responsive to my questions (I know I was probably a little much for them at times). We had our puppy fly with a puppy nanny (Alexis) who was so amazing with communicating and was super sweet! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE OUTCOME, I can not stress this enough. Our new furry family member is a dream puppy. He is happy, healthy and so so loved. Thank you so much Pawrade for letting us get our little guy. Dexter (Alden) will be loved and pampered for the rest of his life! 🐶🥰

The only person that told me that she would call me back & then called me back in reference to any of my questions was Emily. Kelly told twice that Holly would call me & I never heard from her. Again, Emily was the only one that was responsive. Emily was amazing 😊

My beautiful chocolate colored female Morkie was flown from Indiana to California with an amazing travel nanny. She arrived in wonderful condition and apparently remain very calm on her long day of travel. She has now been with me 6 days and with each passing day I fall more in love with her. We decided to name her “Rosie” because she is so beautiful!

It was really a great process, someone was always giving an update as we waited for that magical delivery. The transportation process was great, they got her here safe and sound and kept in contact as well. I would do it all over again , very happy and satisfied!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gidget was delivered smelling fresh and wagging her tail furiously! The driver and assistant were kind, courteous and prepared with paperwork, etc. They kept me informed of their estimated arrival time and made their final call to me 30 min before arriving, almost to the minute. She is settling into her new home and is currently curled up on my lap asleep! I highly recommend Pawrade. So far, everything has been smooth sailing!

We got the cutest bundle of joy thru Pawrade. He's is a Morkie/ Yorktese and his name is Wyatt🐾🐶 My only complaint is getting a hold of the actual Breeder is a little trying but I insisted to talk to them and they made it happen! Very though with puppy shots and safety getting him here. The nanny was great that we met at the airport.

Excellent service. Excellent dog (renamed Mahal). Made the vet visit within the required 3 days, and the vet doctor was agitated that she had to wait 10 days before giving vaccinations, and the vet did not understand the reason. Mahal is healthy as determined by the vet. Although not important, would like to know the state of origin of Mahal. We are potty training Mahal. He is as wild as a tornado. We can see he was well cared for in your possession, and you must have been sad to see him go. Mahal loves people. The delivery service was excellent. Thank you.

I would recommend Pawrade to everyone looking for a new puppy. It was nice working with Lois and Morgan. They we're understanding and helpful l'm getting me my puppy as soon as they could. They associated with InCabinPets to transport my puppy safely to me. I am really happy that I chose Pawrade and would do it again in the future.

I received the puppy ok. Unfortunately I found I was very allergic to it. I drove it all the way to the breeder in PA. After, I got in touch with Pawrade to see if I could at least get half my money back. They outright refused! This was because of a serious medical problem! My lungs felt like they were burning! I picked out one of the hypoallergenic puppies. I did my best. Now I'm out $5,000.00. Thanks alot Pawrade!
