Puppy came with matted fur, nails needing to be trimmed, fur on paws needing to be groomed. The puppy was Very EXPENSIVE. I can't believe she was sent like this! Would NOT recommend to anyone!

I could not be happier. I love, love my new puppy. He is healthly, smart and so playful.
Pawrade was very easy to work with....quite frankly, I was worried this might be a fraud. It wasn't. I was able to pay via petpay using a credit card for my peace of mind. They do hand you over to several different service people as you go through the process. Once you make your payment, you are working almost entirely with petpay. The 30 day free health insurance was easy to activate, the microchip was easy to activate, and the pet nanny (who was a young man) was very caring and professional. He kept me updated on arrival times and how my puppy was doing. My pup Lark (Lilly), was happy and except for an ear infection, healthy. She is plucky and stoic for such a small dog! Very affectionate, and I see no trama in her past in her behavior. Thank you.
I want to thank you for a wonderful experience. The process was made easy because of the kind and caring representatives I encounted. There was always someone happy to assist from selection of my puppy to his arrival at his new forever home. You guys removed all my stress and aprehension. My puppy is a healthy and joyful. I brought my Tiny Morkie pup home on 2/22/22 at 9 weeks of age. I am a first time dog owner and let me tell you my experience with Pawrade and the breeder they connected me with could not have gone any better. I received amazing support from the pawrade team with all my questions and got to skype with the breeder and see my puppy in real time. My puppy arrived within a week accompanied by a travel nanny and I used PetPay to finance the whole thing. Pawrade made sure that I had all the things I needed before the puppy arrived. I have had my puppy for almost 2 months now and he is perfect!!! Thank you Pawrade!

Pawrade made it easy to adopt my new fur baby. They were very responsive and answered any questions I had during the adoption process.
This was the best experience. Everyone was super helpful and friendly every step of the way. I had been dealing with a lot of scammers prior to finding pawrade so I was skeptical. But I would 100% go through them again for another puppy.

The individuals of all the departments were all very helpful, however the process is very complicated as you have to talk to many different people about different parts of the process. The breeder and puppy are perfect though.

I adopted a Morkie (maltese + yorkie) through Pawrade and step by step I have been blown away. I was very hesitant at first because an animal's wellbeing is a big priority for me. Pawrade is the real deal. Everyone who worked with me was patient, thorough, and attentive. From the phone staff, the messaging support and the breeder herself. I flew to pick up my baby. I held off reviewing until my last vet check and I am happy to report that my new baby is happy, healthy, and was raised right from the start (came kennel trained at 13 weeks). My vet even said, "she came from a good breeder!" We would highly recommend the service to anyone looking to make their family fluffier :)

Everyone at Pawrade was attentive , reassuring and thoughtful. After having fallen prey to a puppy scammer, I was nervous and suspicious, Pawrade was just the perfect medicine for my hurt. Now I have a love bug in the palm ( literally) of my hands.

Very happy for the most part;however, the nanny should not have brought ynd puppy through Tampa Airport which is 2 1/2 away when Ft Myers Airport is 30 minutes. The puppy even got car sick. He stayed it was CHEAPER. Not right when we paid a considerable price for travel.
The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Thank you Pawrade!

We are very happy with our little Morkie. She is a sweet puppy who obviously had a good home before we got her. Pawrade is a reputable "puppy broker" that ensures that the breeders and the customers have the puppy's best interests in mind. We had in the past bought directly from a breeder, so communication was a little challenging at times, but I did get the information I needed. With so many puppy scams out there, and my believe that the breeder should want new owners to know as much as possible about the puppy, I required reassurance on more than one occasion. I would encourage Pawrade to encourage direct conversations between the breeder and customers to ensure these new family members are well suited to those who want to buy a puppy. Jennifer, Shannon and Kayce all helped me overcome my concerns, and we could not be happier with our new little pup.

Great experience! Sara in sales was very fast at responding to my messages and so very helpful in setting up zooms with the breeder so we could see the puppies. Morgan from Pet Pal did a great job with explaining the process and steps in how we would get our puppy and kept in touch with us. We used a nanny, April, who was fantastic! She was very helpful with questions and ideas to help our puppy get acquainted with us and our home. We had questions about the puppy and April put us in touch with the breeder right away. The breeders response to our text was immediately answered. Our experience was very positive!
Oh my!! I took a chance with them simply because I wasn't sure if it was a scam but I can truly say it isn't a scam. I paid an extra fee to have my puppy delivered directly to my home. The Nanny was precise about what time to expect him. And Eminem is such a sweet baby he was a little nervous but it only lasted maybe 10 minutes! My whole family is joyful to have him. Although we're changing his name to Prince he's already responding to it. He slept in his crate all night without crying. And so far he hasn't had a accident inside the home I think potty training will be a cake walk for this little fellow. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend using pawrade if ur in search for a fur baby!!! Great job you guys!! Very professional and informative staff!!
Overall we received an adorable and healthy puppy. The process in selecting him and paying for him was great and we received a lot of communication regarding his purchase. Any time I asked a question, it was responded too very quickly and I never had an issue receiving information that I asked for. Areas for improvement: lack of clear information on where puppies are located geographically; lack of clarity on how the transport will actually work (not what is advertised but what actually happens and is available). For example: advertising a companion nanny for flight service when in actuality our breeder would not approve of this and we found out that the flights are on stand by etc. I think better transparency here is required. The ground transport wasn't exactly as advertised either. This was disappointing as our puppy had so far to travel. In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions before the purchase so that is what I would advise. Thank you!

From start to finish the experience has been FLAWLESS. Jennifer and Kayce were so helpful and informative. They answered any questions that I had quickly and kept the lines of communication open.
