We were very pleased with the process of adopting our puppy. A Pawrade representative was responsive to our request and informed us of everything we needed to do to get our puppy into our home. I was VERY skeptical about buying a puppy online, without meeting him or seeing him in person. I have to admit that Pawrade did an outstanding job of communication and answering questions thoroughly AND in a timely manner. Elijah (now Sonny) has adapted well within his first week and is truly a member of our family. The only challenge we had was being able to pin-point the ground delivery time as they were stopping all over the Northeast (our pup was in Michigan!). The day of delivery they were on top of everything and let me know to the minute when he would get there. Again...I was a SKEPTIC but now I'm a CUSTOMER. I don't give perfect scores for anything so maybe here it's a 4.5 out of 5. I will say that you do need to be on top of and sometimes question the stipulations of the sale like carrying insurance (theirs doesn't cover NY) or the same pet food used by the breeder etc. They need to update those stipulations to be more realistic.
