Shout out to Lois and Peter at Pawrade for all of the hard work they put into getting "Kevin"-now known as Hank to us. Hank is the most darling, healthy, loving little Peekapoo on this planet. Hank was given a A++ with our local vet-he's now ready to be a puppy and live a very good life with his new family. My only suggestion to Pawrade is better communication with the transport folks on date of arrival. There was a minor glitch concerning the date. Also had to wait for the transfer of ownership papers as well as signing up for the MetLife program. All has been resolved! It's quite clear that the breeders gave Hank the best start in life he could have. He's very well socialized and healthy. I would recommend Pawrade-at least give them a call! Thanks to all that made this possible.

I am so glad I found this company.Janell and Cindy and Renee rock big time they found my fur baby and handled everything .I have free pet insurance for a month ,a health guarantee my puppy is beautiful healthy and perfect - the best place to find your special baby is Pawrade.

The puppy was delivered to me on 06/26/22 approximately 6:30pm. I received a text approximately 6:00 stating they had stopped to give my pup a bath. When they arrived the puppy looked awful. he had not been given a bath. The dog was greasy & nappy haired. Obviously not bathed. I know what a freshly bathed puppy looks and feels like. Although the puppy smelled as though he had been bathed he definitely had not been bathed. As i said, greasy & nappy hair. So I invite these people into my house. They put the dog on the floor for us to go over paperwork. Less that 30 seconds this little puppy is taking a massive piss on my rug. In another 30 seconds this little puppy is taking a MASSIVE SHIT on my rug. This little guy obviously has not been let out for him to relieve himself. I had $20 in my pocket to tip them but I knew right away they had not done a good job. There is no way a puppy that size should relieve himself the amount he did.

Lois and the rest of the Pawrade team really made welcoming Bucky (the dog formerly known as Germaine) into our family. The transport company was also incredible (Wags on Wheels) - they even bathed Bucky right before dropping him off. After looking for the right fit for almost a year, we are so thrilled we waited for this little guy. The welcome guide Pawrade sent gives some good information that allowed my searches on YouTube for help with training to be a bit more targeted. Thanks to their guide, Bucky came in and while he's had an accident (or two...) it hasn't ruined the floor AND he went #2 for the first time on grass! Hurray! Thank you for everything. We were unable to adopt a dog from a shelter due to allergies and dog restrictions in our building, but Pawrade remained incredibly transparent from start to finish - making me feel confident that their no puppy mill pledge is real. Thanks again!

I love my dog! I was not 100% satisfied with the delivery process; however, I'm very pleased with my new little human. I think delivery should be explained a little better with total honesty.
