Kelsey is the second Pomeranian puppy we have adopted from Pawrade. We did receive Kelsey in a timely manner and was delivered in very good condition and health. I would like to emphasize that we are concerned the Kelsey was not treated as well at her original home. Kelsey seems to be very timid and afraid of heights, which could reflect being dropped or hit prior to transport here. I believe she is young enough to adjust, however did want to bring this concern to light. I give a 4 star because of the condition of Kelsey's nature versus Payton who came to us without any fears. Thank you for allowing us to be part of these two beautiful girls that make us very happy every day.

We had a very sad situation with the first puppy we chose to love. Pawrade representatives were very supportive and helped us find and bring Samuel home. We are over the moon in love with him! We are extremely grateful for the 'hand-holding' and compassionate way Pawrade brought Samuel into our lives was handled. We would definitely recommend Pawrade to family and friends. FYI - the travel companions brought him to us after a 4:00 a.m. call. LOL -- we were hoping for later but it all worked out. Thank you to everyone who worked with us.

After we reserved, the puppy flipper, we would've liked to have quicker responses, especially before pick up. Re do re I'll get home. We still have to send our photo with Flipper whom we have renamed Tucker with the middle name Carlson, was that a name Tucker Carlson? He is one of our favorite conservative talkshow hosts who really has an excellent understanding of what is going on in our country as far as our country going down. We are still not home yet when we get home in about 4 1/2 to 5 hours we will send the photo of ourselves along with flipper whom we have renamed Tucker.

Buying on Pawrade was good. I really like how detailed & straightforward they are with their instructions. I appreciate how they kept the possible situations real without sugarcoating anything. I want to give Holly and Carli credit for assisting and providing me important details and information that I need to know before and after buying Makenzie. I also appreciate their generosity for giving my pup a bath. Lastly with Makenzie herself. She's more adorable in real life. She brought joy to my family. Isaac (we renamed him Carlos) is simply DELIGHTFUL. Carlos is playful, calm, affectionate and has brought so much joy to our family. I can barely remember my life before he joined the family. He arrived at 3:00 am in the middle of the night. Exhausted from his journey, he slept quietly for almost 12 hours and only ventured out if his crate to eat and drink water during his first day. After recovering ftom his journey. he emerged and greeted us with puppy kisses. He has adjusted quickly.

I very happy with my puppy however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service Pawrade provided. I called to ask about the different modes of transportation and was recommended the ground transportation. In my conversation with the concierge person never was it explained that my puppy would be traveling with over a half dozen dogs, would travel all the way up the Northeast coast and then back down to Miami, FL. My puppy was traveling for five days and was one of the last stops. Had I known this, I would have opted for different travel. Secondly, I am getting the run around to receive my puppy's health guarantee, which only required proof of a vet visit, which I provided the invoice on letterhead for and then as a courtesy provided my puppy's vet's doctor's notes. To my surprise, I am now being asked to go back to my puppy's vet and ask for the doctor's notes in PDF format, which was not even a required document. This is absolutely ridiculous, I'm very dissatisfied customer.

This was a scary experience that had a happy ending for sure! We tried a site first that was 1/3 the price, Greenfield & instead of getting a puppy, I got my credit card that I tried to use for 'zero charge to my card' just to prove who I am,then it glitched out with a card I know works. I gave up, the next day I got a fraud alert that my card was used for an escort service while I slept!! Pawrade worked. The puppy pick up is shady as they have you meet in a public place not seeing where your puppy lived and what conditions he had. You don't get to talk to the breeder until after you purchase the dog which seems weird too. We didn't know where the puppy was but wanted to pick him up to save him the trauma of getting shipped, he was 1,059 miles away… the site should let you know approx where the pups are before you buy, right up front without having to ask. That's important basic info. Anyway- the staff at Pawrade are wonderful & My puppy is perfect!! He was freshly bathed too
