I was very nervous about purchasing a puppy in line because of all the scams, but Pawrade handled everything in a very business like manner. Once the purchase was made, more personal texts kept me up to date on progress and helpful information was provided. My questions were responded to promptly. I recommend them if you are seeking a smooth transaction. Really appreciated delivery to the door.

We received our new pomeranian puppy on Friday!!! Our interaction with everyone from day 1 with Pam who was extremely helpful, answered all questions and was friendly, then the rest of the Pawrade team, until the day he was delivered by transport, was smooth. All of our questions were answered, and the message center was a big help in keeping all information in one place. It was an overall easy process to adopt our new pomeranian! The transport team was also great, and Kody as we call him now, arrived safely and clean, which was a big plus! Thank you to everyone!

AFTER AGREEING TO GET ROSITA AKA ROSIE VIA AIR PLACE IN ASHVILLE, NC SHE WAS STUCK IN THE AIRPORT FROM 5AM TILL HER ARRIVAL AT MIDNIGHT IN ASHVILLE. I THINK THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER COMMUNICATION AND OPTIONS FOR GETTING THE NEW PUPPY. SHE COULD HAVE FLOWN DIRECTLY INTO CHARLOTTE DOUGLAS AIRPORT... ROSIE IS DOING GREAT AND IS FINE IN HER NEW HOME.

I was skeptical about this dog site…I’ve been following it for quite awhile…As much as I don’t like dog breeding to make money…the ones who abuse this …. I got the sweetest Pom today… Everything was smooth and easy… You may talk to a few different people, but everyone is on the same page…I am happy with their service… The drivers who dropped of my sweetness were so nice and friendly… I could tell they enjoyed their job working together as a team..👍❤️🙏 I would recommend this site👍

This is my second time buying a puppy from Pawrade, both Pomeranians. Pawrade exceeded my expectations three years ago when I bought my first one and they exceeded my expectations on my second. I know if one day I can convince my girl on getting a third Pomeranian Pawrade with out a doubt will be who I'm using in the future. Thank you to all the staff that was with me all the way throught . Chère (formerly known as Izzy) arrived this morning and promptly carved out her place in our home and our hearts. A beautiful puppy full of vigor and boundless curiosity, and has already bonded with us, her new parents. The process with Pawrade is thorough and precise, and fully transparent the entire time, though I was a bit put off by the layers of forms and bureaucracy. But the representatives were helpful and knowledgeable explaining the steps. We are thrilled by our new addition and appreciate Pawrade for their service.

Although very skeptical about getting a puppy on line with all the scams,everything turned out fine.Very safe app to use. The worst part was waiting the 2 weeks for her to get to 2lb or 12 weeks,lol. She arrived perfect, so darn cute,just as she looked on her pictures and description. She is already the love of our life although my husband stole her heart,she follows him everywhere.She passed her vet check with flying colors.We would definitely recommend Pawrade for those looking for a puppy.They also answer any and all questions in a very timely manner.

This is my second time using Pawrade, and the experience has been night and day compared to my first. While I previously praised them for their high standards, I can no longer recommend them. My new puppy arrived with Giardia and several other parasites—a clear and disappointing indication of a poor breeding environment. While Pawrade did reimburse me for the initial medication, that amount pales in comparison to the total cost of treating the puppy and sanitizing my entire home. Most upsettingly, the parasites infected my older dog, doubling my medical expenses and stress. It is clear that Pawrade’s breeder screening is not what it used to be. If you value the health of your pets and your wallet, be extremely cautious. I am highly unsatisfied and deeply disappointed in how much their quality has slipped.

PAWrade people I spoke with were very accommodating. My puppy is healthy and beautiful. I'm pleasantly surprised. However, I felt everything from the down payment to the "pampered" delivery was misrepresented. This company doesn't care about the animals-you are for profit only, your contact is ridiculous. And no one said the puppy would be delivered with 15 + other dogs. And PAWrade is concerned about my vet's office giving her PARVO? Give me a break! The man who delivered the pup was the only person who answered my questions factually and didn't mislead me. Your contact doesn't protect the buyer at all and the free 30 Met life insurance doesn't cover anything. This buisness tries to lift the buyers confidence with positive comments from "personal" puppy navigators. It is confusing and highly circumspect. The only reason I rated two stars is that I actually received my sweet, unpotty-trained puppy. Another false claim. Next time I will buy from AKC member directly.

We couldn’t be happier with Pawrade. We have already referred a woman we meet at Sherri’s wellness check to Pawrade. Everything was flawless. A little glitch with the delivery but all it cost was a couple of sleepless hours. Not much to pay for an absolutely beautiful baby girl. We were kept up to date via emails and phone calls throughout the process. Mark the driver couldn’t have been nicer just a bit of confusion with addresses but in the long run we got the right puppy and that is all that mattered. Thank you Pawrade for such a great purchase and for all the perks too. We won’t be using you again I’m sure as we are older and this is our last puppy, but rest assure we will recommend you to anybody in need of a puppy.
