Our experience with Pawrade was extremely disappointing. The process lacked transparency, and we ultimately paid significantly more than the amount indicated in the original invoices. When I reached out for clarification, I encountered unprofessional and unhelpful behavior from a representative named Emily, whose tone and unwillingness to assist made an already frustrating process even worse. Had I known in advance that customer support would be so limited and the final cost so unclear, I would not have chosen to work with Pawrade.

My second pup also travelled from Missouri to RPV California in a van and arrived to me clean, happy, and healthy! Thank you Pawrade for a wonderful experience! From the start, the transaction has been seamless. Our first contact Tara was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the program was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Our second contact Emily (I think was the name) wasn't as communicative and her responses were much shorted and less detailed as Tara's, but we did receive the information we were seeking, so that was okay. Delivery time: Tyler and his co-worker were very professional and courteous. They kept us notified along the way of their estimated arrival, and even arrived sooner than expected, letting us know they were ahead of schedule. We are very happy with our new puppy and appreciate everyone that assisted in connecting us with Peach. We will love her and take great care of her. Yuki our white Pom loves her and they have been playing since Peach arrived. We will recommend Pawrade to all of our friends and family that may be in search of a new fur-family member. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts.

Johnny is really a very precious & sweet dog. We’ve had 2 other puppies in our lives but we’ve never had one with so much energy and wants to bite and chew on everything in sight. We’re elderly and kind of worried but hopefully we get through this period or we might have to make a decision if we can’t handle him. We have a an appointment later today for his required vet appointment and see if he has any suggestions. Wis lucky us luck!!

I would say from the moment I contacted the people or they contacted me. They were professional. They were sweet ,kind and were very helpful at any questions. The company uses Wags on Wheels for the transportation of the dog , they were also great to work with . All in all we are very happy with our newest member of our family .

Brisket ~15 weeks old (née Vincent) was delivered to my door full of kisses and spunk. He is a beautiful boy in excellent condition and heath. The entire process with Pawrade was easy and seamless. All of my questions were answered in the same day or the next by knowledge, very pleasant staff. The process is transparent with the obligations of both the buyer and seller clearly stated in information provided and the contract that is signed. One of the things I appreciated and find most useful is the new puppy guide Pawrade will send you. I will not hesitate to recommend Pawrade to anyone choosing to add a new pet to their family.
