This has been an easy and wonderful process. From the very beginning everyone was really kind and efficient. Starting from our sales person, Devlyn, down to the Nanny that delivered her. We named our puppy Luna Sky. Our first dog together just passed away last week. We looked at the website and felt like like he was telling us to get her. It was a very quick process too. We started the process on November 2 we bought her, and she was delivered November 10. She is a character 😅. She DOESN'T like baths though lol. She scratched me so bad, and I had to hold her close to my chest and pour the water all over both of us. 😂 But that's ok. The Nanny was amazing too. So thank you to the whole team.

Overall I am very pleased with Pawrade. I got a wonderful new puppy so I am happy. The main issue I had was with communication. Both the Adoption and Travel concierges stopped responding to me before I got my puppy. Jennifer never sent more photos when asked. And when I never heard anything about my puppy on the day he was supposed to be picked up from the breeder, I reached out to Renee, but she never responded to me. The delivery people did eventually reach out and they were great with responding. Also the 72 hour initial check up is hard to schedule in advance, since the delivery date is not 100 percent accurate. I would recommend Pawrade since in the end you will get a happy and healthy puppy.

Everything went very well with purchasing our puppy. The staff were extremely helpful with answering my questions and providing me with the information I needed. We have had our new puppy for a few days now, and so far, things are going well. She obviously needs training, but we absolutely love her.

Princess is now called Baby Belle (or BeBe for short). She is beautiful and much loved. The delivery was fast and professional. We got everything we needed. BeBe is high energy and pees a lot! This is great for my granddaughter (she is autistic and is mama to this new fur baby). Alex answered any and all questions. The entire experience has been great with the exception of price. With interest, BeBe will end up costing us over $5000.00. Ouch!

Everything went great, and couldn't have hoped for better communication during our sweet boy's travel all the way from Kentucky to Colorado. Very happy with how everything turned out, but could do with some better communication about how to get the proof of his vet visit and medical info uploaded to satisfy the warranty. It also feels a bit unreasonable to expect him to be able to visit a vet and get info uploaded within 72 hours of arrival, when travel itself could be cancelled due to standby flights - some cities / towns have vets that are overloaded enough due to COVID already (pet ownership and vet visits have sky-rocketed these days, than years prior, due to lockdowns)

I was skeptical at first when I looked online. Then I made the call to the office and spoke with them. After our discussion on how and what to expect I made the decision to go ahead and purchase Diesel. I am so glad I did and the customer service from the start to the delivery was outstanding. The process with Pawrade was relatively smooth. We're quite happy with our new puppy and very excited he reached home safe and sound! We opted for the nanny companion service and I think that eased the stress of traveling and arriving at a new home. One suggestion I'd have is to improve the transparency between breeder and client - we were only able to contact the breeder after the process had been completed. Essential information about the puppy's health, diet, temperament, parent's previous litters etc are all part of making sure the puppy is coming from a responsible breeder. This was information Pawrade didn't have and was something we were able to glean only after speaking with the breeder. I understand there is a no puppy-mill promise with the website but having information like this up-front would go a long way to establishing trust in the process.

Whenever I had a question I got a response within 24 hours. Every question, worry and fear was addressed as I thought About it and reached out for an answer. I got Phone calls, emails and texts and appreciated all of them. I will definitely be getting my next dog when I'm ready through them again

Honestly I was a little skeptical of the site, but everything went so smooth. When I emailed with questions, I got replies ASAP. This is great and secure site to get a pup from, highly recommend. I've already been asked by a few people where I got my pup. Also I like how they have an app you can download and you can see where your pup is, when your pup is in the process of being delivered (I chose pampered delivery). It helped me know how close the driver got and around what time to be ready. Everyone who works for PAWrade are great people, even the transport company they set up.

There were some communication issues with the breeder at first, but the Pawrade team were there to help move things along. They were super responsive and got involved, as needed, to make a first time buyer like me feel secure.
