The whole process was so easy. After working with puppy for a few years it's hard to find trusting breeders and people who actually care about a puppies well being. Pawrade made me feel very comfortable with my decision and I highly recommend them.

Our experience was overall pretty smooth.. I think the anxiety comes with having to wait to get the puppy after all the paperwork and payment is taken care of.......... We did change his name to Yoda Sims-Thomas....lol

I received 83 messages to respond too along with numerous people‼️ Few were from the same person‼️ I think this is totally unacceptable and at times had to wait hours for a response‼️Rating 1-10 I'd say a 5....

The folks at pawrade we're responsive, answered all my questions in a timely manner. I received a lot of information about when Lavender arrives, she is now Tala. She is healthy and seems to be very smart and already starting to respond to her new name, but has only been here for 15 hours. The paperwork had said her name was onyx but Tala is more fitting. The only personal issue I had was that she was delivered at 1:00 a.m. so it was a long night, and felt she should have come to me during the day, but she is here now. The gentleman that delivered her was friendly and professional. He kept me informed of his ETA through the whole trip. If your serious about getting a pup I would recommend using pawrade.

While we received our puppy August and love her. Our experience with pawrade made purchasing her quick and easy and at 1st they were great about communicating with us, answering questions we had etc. But when it came to the transportation of her we couldn't get a straight answer let alone an answer in general. I was told they were waiting for the transport to contact them with a date and time 9 days later we still heard nothing, sent an email asking for an update still nothing, until 1 day I receive a text from the transporter asking about the weather in our area... in total we waited almost a month after purchasing her before we actually received her. We were also told that the breeder would send a starter pack of food for her (so we would know what food to feed her) along with a favorite toy and or something she was familiar with.. she arrived with neither! So she was finally delivered at 8:30 pm and we had no food to feed her until the following day.
