Hi~ Winston is settling in well! Our Pawrade experience was overall very positive. We were told he would be delivered to us within 4 days & he was delivered within 24 hours-the drivers were very fast! Our only thought was that we were given little information about him from the breeder. While he told us the food name, how much has he been feeding? (Our vet asked us that question). I know the breeder mentioned he was crated-was he completely housebroken or having occasional accidents throughout the day? He was delivered with his official papers & 2 small bags of food, a small toy, & bell. It would have been helpful to have a better handoff "report" about him. Was that bell system being used for house training? Our vet spoke with us about rewarding him with treats-we can't get him to take anything but his kibble. Was that his norm? We were very happy with the way Pawrade handled getting us our puppy. The transaction was smoothly handled by customer service people and the delivery liason. Every step was explained and they kept us up to date every single day. I could call and get someone whenever I had a question. We never thought about buying a dog online. However, I would now recommend checking this out and speaking to them if you have any questions.

FYI - we changed his name to Gibbs. Upon his arrival my sister and I just knew this was our dog. I cannot express how much love and joy he has brought to our house. We had a pug before, but she passed over a year ago. Our house was just a sad place until I saw Gibbs face. It was love at first sight. And you service was just outstanding. I was so worry about the puppy having to fly, until I read that you provided a nanny to fly with him. I realize I should have spoken out sooner, but we were having so my fun with our Gibbs, I got way behind in even responding to any emails. I want to thank you so very much; I know I got the right dog.

This is the second time we have obtained a puppy from Pawrade. Our pugs have the same parents. Pawrade made that happen for us. This is the most beautiful little pug puppy! We are all blown away by how well the breeder did to prepare our sweet girl for her new home! She is so happy and quickly adjusted. She loves everyone! I'm absolutely obsessed with my new baby he's the sweetest. The breeder was very kind and the purchasing process was easy. I did have some issues with communication through the website. I didn't get the address or contact info for the breeder until the night before I had to pick him up. Sounded like she gave a lot more information to the person I'd been working with but it didn't get passed along and she apologized for them. It was over all a very good experience, just getting travel information was stressful.
