I'm not sure how our experience in purchasing two separate puppies with Pawrade could have been better. The process was simple, the continuing communication was very well done, and our updates from both Pawrade and the subsequent handoff to the transport companies was completely reasonable. Both transport companies did a great job of informing us of the puppy's tolerance for travel, eating habits while doing so, and general demeanor. One thing of which buyers should be aware, some transport companies deliver 24/7 which means that your pup might possibly arrive in the middle of the night. This is something that is not mentioned anywhere that I can find on the Pawrade site. The possibility of that was not an issue for me but it could be for some potential buyers so just understand that you must be ready to receive your pup at all hours for arrival. That was the only potential surprise to me but ultimately was not necessary.
We are more than pleased with how our purchase of our little pug puppy was handled. We were kept informed as to what the breeder needed from us and the contract we signed was very clear and professional. Our little boy is exactly what we wanted and everyone was very nice from start to finish. Having our little guy driven out here from Arkansas was also handled very quickly with no problems and no surprises. I highly recommend Pawrade!

Esme who is now Lily is more than we can ask for. Pawrade did a great job answering questions and they were always there to be helpful and reassure me that everything was Ok. Transport went fine, she arrived clean well rested and ready to be cuddled. The biggest drawback was not being able to speak directly with her breeder. There were. Few items that could have helped if I could. Pawrade did try to get the breeder to call me, but unfortunately they just didn’t reach out. I will always use Pawrade if I needed to add to my furbaby family. Thank you so much for making my dream come true! Respectfully, Kathleen and Lily

I was looking for a puppy for several months. I came across your website. I looked into several other websites before I chose yours. You make sure your puppies are taken care of from the moment. They are born to the moment they arrive. I am so happy with my puppy. We got a little pug. He is P pad trained already and is eating wonderfully and getting along with the family.
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you for our baby girl!

I had a positive experience. However, the advertised price of $3,900 blossomed into $5,000 very quickly. Make sure you are ready to pay in full before reserving your puppy. Once you've reserved your puppy, you're locked into the deal. I did receive the puppy I wanted but at a much higher price than I would have been comfortable paying if that had been the advertised price. They are a legit puppy broker but seem to milk as much money from the buyer as possible.

Luna came into our lives on Monday, January 13th 2025. She was brought by a stork, i mean a lovely women and she looked perfect! She was so much more beautiful than we expected and such a loving sweet little creature. Shortly after arrival Luna was introduced to our 7 year old pug, Zoe. Zoe is a shy and reserved sweetheart and it did take a few days for her to warm up to the new member of our family. Luna and Zoe our on there way to becoming best friends. Luna is sweet and so cuddly but also fearless and assertive! This is a welcomed contrast to Zoe who really thinks through her decisions. Luna is so soft, intelligent, loving and playful. Luna is so much more than we could ever imagine and our lives and family have changed forever. We are so thankful to Pawrade for their impeccable communication from start to delivery. I would recommend Pawrade to friends and family and also when we look for another animal in the future. Thank you Pawrade for the perfect dog for our Family.

I adopted “Wyatt” but everything I received paperwork wise was for a dog named “Liam” (who I also saw on Pawrade but was a different litter). I’m trying to board him so I can take an emergency trip and I find out he doesn’t have bordatella vaccine?!? My paperwork says N/A. I did take him to the vet upon arrival this was told to me by a dog boarding place. So frustrated

Great service, great communication, great puppy. The van delivery was absolutely fantastic. On time for the greatest Christmas present for my grandchildren. Can't say enough about the breeder and the job they did with this puppy.
For me it was a little rough to go threw all that had to be done.I Finally got some help, from the staff and others, to bring my puppy home. THANK YOU PAWRADE.

This is a genuine pet site. We picked a puppy and clearly he was raised by a very good breeder. We received the puppy bright and cheerful and very active, just like his description. We are very happy with the whole process orchestrated by pawrade and would highly recommend them. They called multiple times and answered all questions. The delivery team did a great job as well; feeding and taking care of the puppy during the long travel by road. The drivers were very friendly and courteous. The puppy was not at all stressed out by the long journey. He was very playful for hours after arrival.

Pawrade Support person(s) were so helpful and assisted through the process. They did a great job of validating the puppy (and if you had questions for the breeder for whatever you needed, even updated photos, they reached out). There is a lot of paperwork so it is important to read and understand it all. There is plenty of communications. My only feedback (which I am not going to ding them on) is you will need to get a vet appt 72 hours (3 full days) and at the same time, you need to validate that the travel arrangements match that vet appt. For the pick up transportation, you will have to wait for the communication from the 3rd party travel. This can be a little frustration when you are timing the vet appt. I was a little neurotic as i did not get a travel communication until the end of the day of pick up day. Based on travel time, I was concerned that puppy timing was not going to make vet appt. Honestly, it all worked out!!! The puppy was perfect. Thank you!

We had, an excellent experience using Pawrade. From the moment we clicked the button to get our puppy, Pawrade was there to answer all the questions and to easily get us through the process. Our puppy was only 5 weeks old so we had to wait to get him. Any questions, concerns or requests we made were answered within an hour and sometimes in just a few seconds. Some of it was by text and some by email and phone. We got a person every time we called. The transport was excellent as well. Our puppy had a journey and arrived in perfect condition. He has had his wellness check and also a second visit for shots and the Vet said he appears to be perfect. We know he is. We are so happy we went this route as they guarantee no puppy mills and they guarantee their health. Thank you for all your work, we are one happy family with our new dog.
