Juliette arrived on time, very happy and well adjusted. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We used the pampered ground delivery and what a great team. After her arrival, she played hard for about 2.5 hours, got a bath and is now napping in her new crate with her snuggle puggle. We have our vet check tomorrow morning and don't anticipate any issues. We are very pleased with our purchase of Juliette.

Slightly aggressive sales staff, very unclear about what to do after the pup arrived to finish all the paperwork, was deeply saddened to get an email about the same breeder/mill having another litter just 3 weeks younger than my pup. BUT we got the type and age of dog we wanted.

Pawrade was great to work with. My Customer Service Liaison kept me updated if she was going to be away from the office and gave me phone numbers to call should I have questions in her absence. They provided me with important info on what to do once my furbaby arrived to me. My new little girl arrived already microchipped, vaccine record , health check, happy and clean. The gentleman who drove her out to me from Williams Puppy Carrier kept me updated as best her could while in route, took very good care of her in transit and was very friendly and professional when he delivered her.

Very professional, informative and helpful staff. Driver was awesome and puppy came clean and happy. Only issue is that South Carolina is not a state covered by the MetLife insurance. Other than that, very pleased with our puppy.

The whole process, from picking out puppy to getting her delivered, was wonderful! Kenny was my first concierge contact. He was the nicest gentleman (he even called me on his day off to help finalize my purchase and answer questions). Lois was my next concierge. She was wonderfully prompt with any contacts, very informative and kind. The delivery service was selected by the breeder and I highly recommend Williams Puppy Carrier LLC. They were thorough about what to expect and put puppy needs first. I highly recommend purchasing a pet through this company!! The care and considerations provide are excellent—plus the health guarantee and insurance are an added comfort.

I was very hesitant at first because all I was finding on the internet were scams. There are so many of them out there. However, Pawrade is no scam. Larry was the person I dealt with. He answered all my questions about the process of purchasing a puppy and was never offended by my suspicions. He was not pushy and gave me no time limit on making my decision to make a purchase. Once I decided to jump in, everything went smooth. I was given a ton of information and the communication was great. I can say this was a great experience and I got a beautiful healthy puppy.
