Thank you for our little girl, Shiloh. Jerri was very friendly gave us updates on Shiloh's travel. Jerri's communication was really great as she kept us up to date on Shiloh and date and time of Shiloh's delivery. Jerri went over paperwork and answered our questions. Jerri is fantastic. Thank you Pawrade as we are happy with our new baby girl.

We were initially skeptical based on the fact that my wife and I have never acquired a dog without a personal encounter. After inquiring about Langston I was contacted almost immediately. Upon talking to Jessica, my skepticism faded very quickly as she explained the process and dedication ensuring that the wellness of the pup was of the highest concern, which we hold in high regard. We were kept well informed throughout the process with our responsibilities and expectations. This made us feel as though our new pup was everything we dreamed of and his journey to us would be a safe one with his well being a top priority. His arrival was punctual and condition was excellent. He is adjusting fabulously and is thriving in our household. We love him dearly! Thank you so very much for your integrity, compassion, and sensitivity as well as aligning with breeders who put the welfare of these pups of the highest regard. Pawrade is a company that we will fully endorse with friends and family!

Whew what a ride excitement nervous all the boxes were checked rechecked all my questions were answered immediately with updated pictures of our baby we named her winsome . Puppy Express made sure we were who we said with photo ID she is perfect. Boy can she run thank you pawrade .

Everything went smoothly with all transactions. Jerri and Donnie were very nice delivery Saber to me. My husband Stuart and I are very happy to have Saber with us. And our other puggle Max is very happy to have a playmate. We renamed Saber to Bruno. And Max we had received from Pawrade’s 2 yrs ago. His name was Felipe and we renamed him Max. Best dog ever. He’s a very happy boy and so is Saber( Bruno). I recommend Pawrade’s to anyone looking for a dog. They are great!! Thank you Lucille
From start to finish bringing home Remy (Elijah) was seamless. Walked through every step of the way. The transport company was very professional. I wish they could have followed a more structured timeline, but all in all they were very caring. Remy was in good but tired spirits. It was a long trip! My husband told her, you may be seeing us again in a few months, when we look for a sister for Remy. Thankful for our new baby. The hard part begins now!

ITS BEEN GREAT BUT DUE TO TRANPORT AND WEATHER WE MISS ARE VET APPOINTMENT WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL VET OPENS ON TEUSDAY NOW, so Zeus will see vet 12/3 in the morning. so what with the 15 day thing its not are fault
My looked healthy and well taken care of when i first was handed her. She had so much energy and was excited to see me, even though it was raining. The drivers and everyone involved are super helpful and quick with there response time, i was kept up to date on everything. I even got to meet one of the siblings family she went home to, and we also wanna set up play dates to keep both pups together and visit each other from time to time......i cannot be anymore happy with the lil ball of joy i have with me forever. THANK YOU

From the moment I saw Roger (n/k/a Oliver), I was in love. Pawrade was amazing during the entire adoption process. Great communication and outstanding customer support when responding to all of my questions. I could not be more pleased with the company and especially our new little love.
Shannon and Donna were so wonderful and communicative from start to finish and I knew exactly what to expect and what I needed to do before and after my very healthy and happy Farley arrived home to us completing our family! I highly recommend Pawrade! Thank you so much!

I was hesitant to buy a dog online because all of the online warnings of doing so but I am SO GLAD that I did! Both Pawrade and their pet concierge service made the entire experience so simple and straight forward with literally zero hiccups. They maintained constant contact throughout the entire process and were quick to followup on any questions that I had. Highly reccomend.
