I am very satisfied with the puppy but the process full of issues and I would not do it again. A big problem is they don't have security but require you to send personal Identity information via non secure ways. Before the purchase they communicate well with phone calls but after payment is received, it is via text message and links. If you need me asap then call me, I am easy to reach with a call, don't send me over 20 message links in one day, with the same message. After negotiating a way to send information, personal identity information, in a secure way, I was supposed to get a call the next day with further instructions but instead I received a outrageous message on the link that I had "ghosted them" ( we spoke the day before ) and that I had a contractual agreement. Pawrade needs to get SOME security and follow-up as agreed without threatening buyers. After receiving my puppy I ask for help, insurance email bounced back, but no answer from Pawrade.

This 12-week-old bundle of furry energy is just what we hoped he would be! The process was easy, lots of communication and he was delivered right to our door. He's so sweet, cute, funny and smart! He already knows a few little tricks and to go potty outside (mostly). Thank you, Pawrade!

I have nevwr purchased a puppy this way and did not quite know what to expect. My first call ti speak with someone was such a wonderful experience. Staff is kind and always responsive. I was able to ask questions to pawrade and get return answers from the breeder. My new little one is a joy and live. She is happy and healthy and loving her life. She has created such happiness in our home

I would highly recommend Pawrade when looking for a new fur baby. I appreciated the detail required to ensure that our puppy was a good fit. The staff was in constant communication during the process and readily available to answer any questions. We were instantly in love when we met our new baby. Pawrade was a great company to get our puppy from! We were a little nervous to buy a puppy online but after reading the other reviews and completely falling in love with the pictures of Mason (we have renamed him Pickle) we decided to take the plunge! After seeing how thorough the identity checks were we pretty confident it was all going to work out and we were so appreciative of the thorough communication at all stages, including the furry freight and puppy guide we received. Pickle has settled in really well, is completely adorable and very clever, as we are seeing how quickly he learns!

Our little pup is so sweet and loving. The breeder did a fabulous job with the beginning of training. I highly recommend Pawrade. They did a great job with the arrangements with the breeder and the transportation. Aaron and Karen did the transport and were so good with communications. My puppy arrived happy and healthy! Thank you to the entire team at Pawrade for help with my Mason. Everyone from start to finish was super helpful and quick to respond to questions, including checking in after Mason's arrival and 72-hour vet appointment. Mason is a little cuddle bug and we are having lots of fun getting to know each other.

My puppy is currently slated for his second night in the hospital. I cannot get a response from Pawrade about Why they transitioned my dog to an 80+ Hour crate, ground shipping experience as the "less stressful" alternative to the air companion travel I booked and paid for. I was receiving generic emails about feeding my dog watermelon on the Fourth of July instead of the much more relevant communications on how exactly he was going to be transported . Huge dropped ball and I'm pissed that I failed to protect this puppy by trusting your team to responsibly transfer him to my home.

I've been very pleased with Pawrade since my first phone call. Rene set up an appt so I could speak with the breeder about my puppy before I purchased him, and throughout the whole process everyone has been on top of things and communication has been great! My puppy is all up to date with all health needs and vaccinations. Dakota with the puppy transport was awesome. I'm very happy with my experience!

Amazing puppy. He arrived 10 weeks old, and already has this potty training down. He can hardly wait to get outside and run once he is fully vaccinated. Super smart. He is a happy pup.
