I am very happy with the actual transaction of the new puppy and the people that I dealt with directly were great to make this happen. As far as the puppy goes, I'm very sad and not happy with the shape that these dogs are in when recieved. We have 2 dogs from here now and both have been in bad shape. The 2nd dog was awful, so skinny and stunk to high heaven and was just terrified of people. He is so malnourished it makes me very sad that dogs are kept in this condition.

Pawrade was so friendly and professional. They followed up multiple times and kept me updated every step of the way. We received our puppy and couldnt be happier. He's settelng in great and is already a member of our family! I highly recommend Pawrade!

The first star is because I received the dog, the second star is because customer service was helpful but other than that I was disappointed. A day before I was supposed to pick my dog up it was canceled because he tested positive for a parasite. I had already called off work and had his well visit check scheduled,smh. Four days later when he was cleared to travel we picked him up. As soon as we got home we noticed his fur was matted, he stunk and had to be treated for fleas. He is 5months old and should have been fully vaccinated , he only had one shot and rabies vaccine. I don't blame pawrade but I think they should make sure the breeders are following procedure and taking good care of the pups.

The buying process was OK. The after payment service was non-existent. Never heard back on my health guarantee. Never heard back on questions sent after delivery of the puppy. As for the 3 day vet visit, make sure you either schedule with your vet ahead of time, or live somewhere where there is a 7 x 24 hour vet clinic if you get you dog on a long weekend you are out of luck.

We couldn't be happier with our entire experience with Pawrade! They were with us every step of the way from the moment we selected our sweet pup. I was definitely skeptical of using an online service but my skepticism was completely unfounded! Our Louis (pronounces Lou-ee) is a bundle of healthy joy!
