i'm sorry to say that this is the worst puppy we've ever had, the experience wasn't any better it was too complicated, and never really got to speak directly to the breeder until it was paid for and a done deal. this puppy has been sick from day one since we Gotter. I've spent a ton of money on her and she continues to have issues. i've raised many many puppies in my life, and I can't imagine having to give one back or give one up, but this is a serious consideration for us at this point

We are loving (new name) Kobe and he is having so much fun!! Sleeping through the night, already does 3 stairs to go out side to potty. We found Pawrade to be comprehensive. The emails were very long though. Full of great information. Thank you!

Only reason I did not give them 5 stars was I really wanted to talk to the breeder and for some reason I never got the contact info. The pup is healthy and a little terror right now, but I expected that out of a pup. The purchase process was a bit lengthy, and I was disappointed they do not look into Health insurance for states that do not accept their chosen company. For example, New York and a few other states do not accept the company they offer which negates a benefit from allot of people so check it out first. Contacts were polite and informative other than sited above. My purchase was a Sheep doodle, cool dog and smart as hell, training other than house training is going great, but he is less than three months right now so I will take an 80% success rate there at the point.

Delivery guys were really nice people. It must be some job, transporting so many puppies. Poor little girl was really filthy with her own pee etc, so first thing this morning we washed her with Dawn. as you recommended, and she's fine. Has great personality and she's even pretty good about pee pads. She's very happy with all her new toys and home. Lots of land for her to run around. I do notice she has a somewhat large hemorrhoid and loose mushy stools, so we'll ask the vet when we take her on Thursday. Pawrade was very helpful all during the sales process and I liked that life360 app to track where the guys were before our delivery. Pawrade couldn't have been more friendly, user friendly, and very reassuring. Every gal I spoke with was terrific and went out of their way to help. I NEED THE INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER PAPERS AS I AM SUPPOSED TO SEND IN TODAY. PLEASE SEND TO ME NOW. My husband's last name is Eisler, so she is now Daisy Doodle Eisler.

as soon as the puppy was delivered all communication ended between the pawrade, petpay, and me. I have some following questions and concerns, for example, I never received a link or email from any party regarding the MetLife free 30-day insurance. I was not able to insure my pup. I took my pup to the veterinary appointment within the 72-hour requirement and was able to upload that information. It's really disappointing being ignored by all party's after spending more than $2,000,

Tatiana - we have been in touch with you following delivery of your puppy. We provided the instructions again for activating your MetLife Pet Insurance. This was originally provided to you on 2/8, 5 days before your puppy was delivered. Our system shows you read this message on the same day. Please let us know how else we can assist you.

When I first saw an AD about Pawrade and saw my puppies picture on there it was love at first sight. She is sooo sweet and gentle just like how her breeder described her. The waiting was the most anxious part for me. But as soon as I held her in my arms everything suddenly faded away. Pawrade customer service was on top of communications whether it be day/night. And the delivery guys were awesome at making sure my pup got to me safe. If you are looking for a special companion say no more. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful gift to my life.
