I really liked the initial person that I worked with who told me if the puppies I was interested in were still available; however, I did not like working with the individual who helped me after I had purchased my dog. She was quick to respond, but she was not adequately responsive. I would ask multiple questions in one message, and she would only answer one. She was also very unhelpful in trying to schedule my pet to be picked up. She told me I could fly in and pick him up but never clarified the airport, so I booked a ticket to the wrong airport (the city she originally told me). Then after I had paid for it to be changed and 2 days before I was to leave, she told me I could no longer come because my dog was obviously going to be too big to fly back with me. If that was something that she or the breeder knew was a possibility before hand, I wish they would have communicated with me to save me time and money.

Kendall, we apologize if you felt our communication dropped off some once you spoke to our travel concierge. I went ahead and reviewed your conversation history and I see where Shannon did indeed state the breeder could meet at either RSW or PGA airports. You then requested if the breeder could meet you at two other airports further away. When that wasn't an option, you requested to meet at RSW and that was confirmed. There was a little uncertainty about how you planned to travel back with the puppy, at one point you mentioned you were driving with the puppy back to Houston. Our travel travel concierge should have confirmed that detail before you booked a return ticket, that's a change we will ensure happens moving forward. We are glad it all worked out in the end and your puppy was delivered happy & healthy.
