I had a great experience with Pawrade. They did a fantastic job at staying in touch with me. The breeders were wonderful, and my puppy is already potty trained on a pad. I was a little worried about going through a third party, but I went with my gut on this one, bc I fell in love with my pup over facetime. It was a seamless experience and I would definitely recommend Pawrade if you're considering an addition to your family.
From beginning to end, there was great communication as well as great information as to the process of transportation, wellness, possible stress response and how to respond accordingly. They were thoughtful ,kind and even the breeder reached out. Our puppy is sweet, loving and playful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I received a male puppy, part Shih Tzu and Bichon Frise, approximately 13 weeks old and very friendly. I am very happy with the puppy, Desmond.
Easy process, puppy is healthy and cute as can be. Got everything I needed on site and talking to reps. Met the breeder to pick him up and he was very nice as well
Hello I'm Jeannie and I have the pleasure of having Jaycee in my arms I just wanted to say that I am so extremely happy with pawrade ; they were unbelievable took me step-by-step called me as I needed help responded to me via email and help me with the transition from the location where JC was to hear she is doing wonderful I wouldn't have trusted anyone but after reading the reviews and talking to pawrade they made me feel at ease .

We just picked up our beautiful Shichon "Buddy" this morning at Sky Harbor, Phoenix Az. He was traveling with a nanny Maurice and arrived happy, calm, adorable. Shot records and paperwork complete, highly recommended!
Everything was prefect from beginning to delivery. Everyone was friendly and helpful and stayed in contact and up to date on things. She is sweet and perfect and playful

The service provided was excellent. The message system was very beneficial. All our questions were answered in a timely manner without having to call and be on hold and could contact them when we had the time. Mystique is so precious too!
What can I say? We purchased Izzy, now known as "Daisy." Daisy is the sweetest little puppy, and we love her. She arrived today (01/14/22), and she is playful and so very loving. I am so impressed with the customer service I received! Morgan and Renee were patient and answered my questions and concerns. Parade is a legitimate company and I appreciated their ethical business practices and their concern for Daisy and all of their puppies. Thank you for bringing Daisy into our family.
