Misleading and uncaring. Once you get paid you ignore responsibility. Blocking my pawrade ap and all calls to reach anyone after a 5hr delay and a medical issue at less than 6 days. Very dishonorable behavior.

I can't thank Pawrade, and our breeder, enough for how unbelievably smooth and amazing this experience was. We've had our little corgi boy for 2 years now and I am absolutely obsessed. (I find myself always clicking on the email notifications of new litters looking for the perfect sister!) Everything went great up to delivery. They gave me the wrong dog and it kinda messed up all the excitement I had. I had a friend recording it for memories and to find out I got all that I thought I was planning on and it ended up being the wrong puppy kinda hurt knowing I don’t have any of those memories with my puppy recorded. Besides that everything went well.

I am very pleased with the service and continuing contact I received while in the process of adopting my new puppy. Transport of him to me was prompt and flawless and I received a very healthy and active boy. He is the second puppy I have adopted through Pawrade and I have been very pleased both times. This was an awesome experience. Donna was great with information we needed, and a few extra questions that made the process easier. Cooper arrived sassy and happy, with all his information and a fresh bath. Jason and Lem were really nice. They gave lots of updates along the road, and where reassuring with cooper’s progress.

Received our dog esme and she's been wonderful. The live chat rescheduled her flight and she came in great. She was eating the next day, and is a super well taken care of puppy. We can tell by her attitude she was in a loving home before she got to ours. Would purchase again anytime. Shes now apart of the family :) The live chat answered any questions I had within 2 days. Appreciate all the help.
