I have to say I was very impressed with the whole experience of getting Nash. From the transportation to the Pawrade staff helping me every step of the way!!! Truly great experience and Nash is such a great puppy!

Buying through Instagram without actually meeting the breeder or the dog takes faith and Pawrade was wonderful. There was good customer every step of the way and we love our new pup!

Such an easy process!
The experience we had with parade was excellent from beginning to end and delivery was painless.. we love our puppies and we feel that they are well cared for quality babies. My only only comment is to try to cut down on the pure volume of emails that are repetitive it's very confusing to figure which is the latest and continuance of the last one. Thank you for a great experience we hope to cherish our babies for many years
Transaction was simple, and kept updated along the way. He looks greater in person, very playful and energetic. I'll be following up with the process in scheduling an appointment for wellness checkup soon. Ground transportation team were also friendly and thorough. Thank you again.

At first I thought I'd given $2100.00 to a scam. The more I engaged in conversation with all of you, I became more comfortable. As the process progressed, I realized this was going to happen. I was scammed out of $1000 on an African grey parrot purchase but you were all very nice and most helpful with allaying my fears and getting me this awesome corgi. Today he DEMONstrated his true colors, rocketing through the downstairs. The 2 year old bull terrier watched all this in amazement. He's mastered the stairway up and down already. He's learned how not to get mowed over by the 80 lb. BT. Thank you for Sam. He's a puffball of sheer delight. My pack is back to four now!

Overall the experience was great. My only issue is I got so many repeat emails telling me the same thing it got very confusing. Between the carrier and Pawrade I must have gotten no less than 45 emails. That would be my only comment is to streamline that process it gets overwhelming for a buyer. I took a leap of faith and worked with Pawrade and selected a puppy by pictures. They kept in touch with me all the way through the process. She arrived by ground transport. She was definitely well taken care of. She was clean and happy. I am one happy customer. I highly recommend them.

We love our new puppy Bella. We changed her named from Dream. And Luis Moreno our puppy nanny was so sweet and caring with her. And he said she traveled well. She already had her veterinarian appointment this past Monday the 10th and she did so good. Everyone at the clinic loved her and wanted to hold her.

Overall, I was very pleased with My main contact person who found a puppy for me right in my own town. The hard part about that is that if I had known there was a breeder in Goshen with a 4-month-old puppy, I. could have saved around $1,000 by buying directly from the breeder. The puppy selling websites, in my opinion, bring in way too many people, which of course increases the cost significantly. I did not need a travel representative and was frustrating because so many of the emails I received had to do with travel arrangements, giving the puppy Sugar supplements to avoid complications from trial. I heard from at least five different phone numbers, and I never knew exactly who I was talking to, but I was uncomfortable because I have a personal policy. I've never answering a phone call from a number I do not recognize. I have much more positive input to give you if I can get another box to finish

The Pawrade team, especially Donna, were there every step of the way. From our initial contact to the day of delivery of our fur baby, always keep us updated. There are a lot of puppy scams out there, always research the breeder or company, Pawrade is excellent, very professional and honest.
