Everything went smoothly. The drivers were punctual and very polite. Felix's is doing remarkably well. Already ate a little and goes into his bed with his blanket, on his own. It is obvious Felix was well cared for. I am extremely pleased. Thank you for everything.

I received a beautiful Yorkipoo puppy, Not one to say bad things about people so no personal names will be mentioned, however, whoever is in charge of "EXPRESS PUPPIES" routing doesn't have a clue how to route deliveries. I live in Central Florida and my 2.4 lb puppy was in their van for 3 days. They started in Kansas City Missouri from what I understand and delivered puppies as far south as KEY WEST they passed central Florida and went all the way to Key West and then dropped off my puppy at Midnight on the 3 day on their way back. First, I was told they would be here between 6 pm-7 pm. Then told 11 pm then the driver finally texted and said midnight. Then to top it off according to the dozen or more emails from Petpay, and Pawrade etc we were told we had to give her a bath as soon as she came into our home. OMG she was traumatized but we tried to keep her as calm as possible. This entire process is ridiculous, I could go on but I spent enough of my time dealing with them.

I did not receive enough informatio. For instance did a bet give him his Vaccinations or was it the breeder? Why wasn’t his microchip registered. I didn’t know he was chipped until I took him to the vet..

Best experience ever! The breeder took such great care of our puppy. She arrived healthy and so happy! We went with the flight companion option. It was the best decision. If you have that option, it’s worth it!

I am so pleased with my new puppy from Pawrade. She is a Yorkiepoo and she is just what I wanted. She is soooo cute and very playful (and very curious and mischievous too!). She is definitely keeping me busy! I love her dearly. I've named her Chloe Dahlia (formerly CeCe). She is starting to meet some people from my neighborhood and everyone loves her---how can you not!!! She is very sociable with people. I can tell she had a very reputable breeder. Her transportation nanny was wonderful and full of information for me. She arrived right on time. I expected Chloe to be soiled from her long plane flight but she arrived clean as ever. The only negative thing that I have to say about Pawrade is being unable to reach anybody to speak to when I did call with questions and never calling me back. So maybe there was just a lack of communication.

Initial contact was amazing. After purchase took 3+ weeks for her arrival. Communication ignored especially after stating my puppy came with ticks! Lots and lots of ticks. This was my second purchase here but probably will be my last. The puppy herself is amazing and we love her.
