"Mikey" arrived here safe, sound and on time by American Airlines. I don't know why we had to wait weeks for a van to transport him when this was done overnight. I'm very appreciative of the girl that quickly made these arrangements. I'm sure that time could've been spent taking him to our regular vet instead of exposing him to other things. The vet report came back stating that he has guardia and toxicity. He now is on two medications everyday and I'm sure, when the tests come back, it will show that our 1.5 year old Maltipoo has contracted it, I'm sure you know how contagious they are. The process of getting him here was pretty stressful, when it should have been a happy situation. You can read the thread of emails to follow the discussion. Meanwhile, Mikey is living the life of a beach bum. He eats the best food, sleeps in our bed, plays constantly with his sister, has more toys and chewies than we can count and has a groomer that comes to our home.

Every aspect of the new puppy purchase and transfer was wonderful, and we love how the Breeder and the transfer couple, Nari and Levi, took so much care of Scout, our puppy, along the way. The delivery went very smoothly, and Scout is adapting to his new home. Thank you Gaylon and Stephanie

The service was good The puppy has ticks so far I have found 10 ticks on a puppy that’s 5 pounds. I think that is unexceptionable. You give the impression your breeders are screened and top notch. Obviously that is not true.

Using Pawrade was the best decision I ever made. I picked Halo, my yorkie poo, and she is beautiful!!!!! Using the transport was so easy, all I had to do was wait for(Halo) now Holly to be dropped off on My doorstop. The delivery gentlemen were very polite. Everything was professional, above board and I would highly recommend!!!!!

Everything went great. The 2 gentlemen who delivered our Nellie to us were extremely nice. We were so very pleased with them. Nellie is a delightful puppy and we feel so blessed to have her. What a little “snuggle bug”. She is exactly what we need. She slept through the first night and continues to do so ….right between us. 🤗 We are so happy.

Mack (formerly Milo) is a delight to us. He’s very smart, comes when called, gives paw, doesn’t bite, gets his puppy when asked. He eats well and sleeps from 9pm until 8am without waking. We don’t have him potty trained yet, probably our fault.

Fabulous customer service and everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful. Our new baby girl is beyond perfect and the Breeders’s attention to detail is superior. The transport team was awesome and even in awful weather they arrived when they said they would and you could tell they take excellent care of “their passengers “. We highly recommend Pawrade and are just thrilled with our precious new baby girl!!! Thanks to all of you!!!

I was skeptical about using an online site to adopt a new puppy, but I’m so glad that I did or I would not have found my beautiful, loving puppy. The representatives were extremely professional and kept me well informed doing the entire process. My puppy arrived quickly with no problems or issues. He’s enjoying his new home. We are so happy with our new fur baby. The hardest part was waiting for him to arrive! We had support through the entire process, especially with the travel nanny and breeder during the delivery. The transaction was simple. Communication with Pawrade was easy and all questions were answered. Our sweet little Lily is perfect! The description of Lily online from the breeder was right on point. Lily sure is one of a kind. I will definitely us this service and the breeder again as we can tell the breeder had put a lot of time and love into making sure she was prepared to go to her forever home she has already began potty training,learning her name so we kept it, hearing noises etc. Her parents are a perfect pair. Thank you so much we adore her and will love and take care of her.

Customer service was good, but after everything was paid, no one contacted me. We were also promised a video of the puppy because it was coming after Christmas. That did not happen at all. Transportation communication was not good either. I should have really looked into Pawrade before I made my purchase. Liam arrived OK and in good health.

We have had a great experience with Pawrade. From the concierge's to the transport coordinator, everyone was knowledgeable about their part of the process. There was always someone available if I needed updates ,information conversation with breeder ect. Everything went smoothly. Our puppy showed up at our house healthy and not traumatized by her journey. The guys did a great job getting her home. We have had had her a week now and she is doing great. I would definitely recommend Pawrade as it was recommended to me!

I was so nervous knowing she would be in bad shape traveling such a far distance. But when she arrived, she was in perfect condition. She is a 4 pound bundle of joy, and we are thrilled! She checked out perfect at her first check up, and has gained weight. We love her to death! Thanks for making this transition so smooth!

Your entire team has been amazing starting with day one today today Delivery , which was last night at 1 o’clock in the morning. The care and understanding that your team provided for me was nothing more than wonderful. The concierge group were understanding, patient and knowledgeable. The care coming from the breeder to the veterinary staff that work with you were excellent. Winston arrived very excited and cute as all get out. We are on our way for his first veterinary check up tomorrow morning, which I’m sure he will pass with flying colors. Thank you again was truly a pleasure doing business with you. I have already begun to let many people know on the Mainline where I’m getting this amazing little.

So very pleased with the whole process. Ashley and Cindy were in constant contact with me, with updates on my puppy. I chose ground travel and was skeptical, but puppy was delivered very happy wanting to play and eat. I would do it all over again. Pawrade is not just a business they truly love the animals.
