We got our puppy this week and are charmed, amazed and very happy with her. She is smart and stubborn we haven't had Yorkies before, but she is a lot of fun. We are happy with the service from Pawrade especially that she was flown to us. Cindy, Donna, and John were very professional and cared about the pup and us. We got Isabella at 5 o'clock this e morning. She was so excited to be here. She gave us a lot of kisses. She's all excited running around the house checking out her toys and doing her bunny hops. She's such a good little girl and she is doing fine. We are having lots of fun with her. We're so happy that we got her.

Hilo (new name Angel) is the third Yorkie I have purchased through Pawrade. Like the others, he is well socialized and had no trouble adjusting to the other dogs I own. The transaction to acquire Angel went smoothly as did the delivery to my home.
Everything went smoothly, and I received my puppy (Emma) with no problems. She’s as cute as she was in her picture on the website. Pawrade was easy to deal with, and it only took a couple weeks for me to get my puppy. All the people were very helpful. I would recommend Pawrade if you are planning to get a puppy.

Uriah, now Jake is nothing but joy. He keeps us smiling all day. He was to the vet today for his check up and is in good health. He does have 2 adult teeth impacting 2 baby teeth that did not fall out and now have to be pulled. I am surprised the breeders vet didn’t catch that or was not mentioned to me. Other than that we are very happy to have him and will live in a house of love.
I was very unhappy to have an unhealthy puppy provided to me. I overpaid to have a weak little boy with coccidia and also had to treat my puppy for a bacterial infection he brought from his kennel.

Mindi and Donna were great ; however , I did not like how I got the breeder information only 2 hours before I was supposed to leave for trip to pick up. It had been 8 days. My travel coordinator I got the initial email introducing herself and then 2 hours before I left a reply: breeders name and phone number. That’s it. The process is too long and it completely stressed me out not knowing if I was getting a dog after spending over $4k. I also still have not received medical records or the email from Lindsay something to upload my doctor notes to. Also, I’m thrilled with Cinnamon, but I was curious about another Yorkie from a different mother. I was told it was a different breeder although they have the same dad??? Upon meeting my breeder, she did in fact have another litter so …..??. Plus her tail wasn’t docked. It would have been nice to see medical stuff before spending that kind of money because yorkies usually run $24-2700.

We love our new addition to our family!!! The process was easy and my lil guy was healthy and happy upon his arrival!!!!
I have worked with Pawrade several times to adopt my puppy pals. This time was like the rest. I was kept informed both by Pawrade and the transporters they use. Patches arrived a happy and healthy Yorkie pup!

Outstanding service from beginning to end.
From beginning to end the process was terrific. It is obvious that the puppy was well taken care of. She was minimally traumatized from the long drive; healthy and happy was used to being bathed (a good sign). One suggestion might be to deliver the pup in a small carrying case. Handing her off on the street felt a little exposed (it’s cold in NY right now). But this is a very minor thing. The drivers obviously took good care of her. We are very happy with our new family member. Rest assured that she is in a warm, loving home. Thank you!

I was so impressed, at first, with the efficiency and overall Pawrade system, until I had a problem when picking up my puppy. I had reserved a 4lb. Yorkie whose parents were also 4 lbs. each. I even asked Pawrade to confirm this puppy's size. When the breeder showed up with a 7lb pup, I was shocked. This was going to be a much bigger adult than I thought that I was getting. I had also prepared for the pup by buying the breeder preferred dog food and is leash and halter, xs bed, etc. This pup didn't fit anything. Then the breeder who brought the pup, explained a completely different dog food. I felt like I was getting a completely different dog. I reached out to Pawrade and they were NO HELP in explaining why the dog advertised on 1/10/26 and was so different 2 weeks later. I called and wrote and only got told to contact the breeder for further feeding instructions. Of course this took a few days and we decided to keep him. BAIT AND SWITCH!

The team that drove Bentley here were giving me updates along their journey as to where they were. He finally got here at 2:00 AM today, Friday, January 30th. He is so sweet and already playful. I think he is more interested in playing than eating right now! Thank You Pawrade for Bentley.
