Excellent customer service
The process went very smooth, the delivery and communication , But I arranged to offer the breeder Less money he/she agreed to but when I went to check out it was the original price. I also dis not want the extended warranty 250.00 but that went through they did agree to refund that , but not the other 550.00 which I thought they agreed to. So for that reason I would give less stars.
I was very pleased with my service. My pup was delivered when they said it would be.
We received our puppy. He was supposed to be a 2 pound Yorkshire Terrier a week ago. Cute puppy but weighed 8 pounds when we received him. No way his parents weighed 7 and 5 pounds. We spoke at length about need for it to be a small dog. Very unhappy with breeder vetting process. We are doing DNA testing to see what exact breed we got.

We got the sweetest little yorkie. Her name is Lexie Rose. The people at Pawrade were very kind, helpful, responsive, and encouraging. Everything went just as it was supposed to! This is the second puppy we have purchased from Pawrade in the last two years. They are very good at coordinating and assisting with any questions or concerns.

Pawrade staff did well. However, I would like to let you know that the transporter of my Pup put so much perfume all over her and she is a teacup. I almost gagged when I smelled it and immediately had to give her a bath at midnight. I would recommend that when you choose a transporter that they be told not to cover up smells with perfumes. My previous transporter, make sure that the pups were bathe before they came to my house. I really appreciated that and there was no awful perfume.
I was hesitant to buy a dog i couldn't see in person. I was worried about dealing with a company I never heard of . Scams are out-of-control. I'm very pleased with the professionalism, ease, communication & friendliness of Pawrade. My pup was delivered on time & safely. Not only is he beautiful but so very sweet & calm.
Eddie came to my home and blended in with my other dogs right away. He is a very well socialized Yorkie and settled into his new home quickly. He loves to snuggle with me and gives lots of kisses. I originally ran into some communication problems with the staff regarding the adoption of our little one, however, their supervisor called me and worked things out and was absolutely wonderful about all. I very much appreciated him taking the time and to explain things to me thoroughly and we now have the most precious little puppy girl ever.

The process to purchase my puppy went very smoothly. Making the payment was easy and setting up the meet for us to pick up our puppy was a quick process. We met and took possession of our puppy at the time and place designated by the breeder.
