The team that drove Bentley here were giving me updates along their journey as to where they were. He finally got here at 2:00 AM today, Friday, January 30th. He is so sweet and already playful. I think he is more interested in playing than eating right now! Thank You Pawrade for Bentley.

Excellent communication throughout process via text, email and phone. Transport Wags on Wheels kept us updated during throughout transportation of our puppy. Process to purchase puppy was seamless and secure!
My kids found her on Pawrade website, decided to purchase her and have her shipped to us. They responded fast and everything worked out great.

My puppy arrived safe and sound. Amber who works for Pawrade was wonderful, She helped me through the process, which felt overwhelming ay first, but Amber guided me through each step.

Received my puppy Westin very quickly.Breeder delivered herself and was very happy to meet her. She was very kind and so very helpful answering all my puppy questions. My puppy is even cuter and sweeter than expected. I love him already. Pawrade employees were very helpful through the many steps required to obtain my new companion. We love Pixel! He is so sweet and such a good boy. He is a little quiet but he growls at the vacuum cleaner. lol he is comfortable around noises around the house. We couldn’t ask for a sweeter pup. Thank you.

Thank you for making it possible to have Vulcan(Rocky) as our new member of our family. Do not get me wrong your associates are great. Some can be a little some are very welcoming. Just a heads up, please make sure when you pick your new fur babies that you are definitely decided to get it. I asked them what is the policy if i have to cancel after i reserve my Vulcan and i was told that i will be charge $600 to cancel! Meaning when you reserve there is no way you can cancel. Either you are stuck on the pet that you decided not to get. Or pay the $600 penalty! I think that is way over the board. I will not name names but come on $600 is a lot of money! I am thankful and greatful i picked Vulcan and i have no regrets. He is the sweetest and cutest thing. I did at some point almost cancelled because i was frustrated for some reasons. Things that was discussed and later on has changed. Just be mindful that make sure you are decided otherwise you will pay the price

Everything was good until transportation of the puppy. Lack of communication, i understand delays but keep updating customer. I had to complain to get delay updates. My puppy arrived a nervous wreck, still runs when you come to her. Not sure if i would every get a puppy this way again
