I spoke with Cynthia, who walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like I had support the whole time. Everyone was helpful and kept us informed during every step of the process! The transport drove all night to get our puppy home and was correct on their arrival time. They were so sweet and congratulated me. Were I to ever want another puppy, I wouldn't hesitate to call Pawrade!! Thank you all!!

We absolutely love our new Puppy. We renamed him to Buddy. He did have a double ear infection upon his arrival and is being treated with antibiotics. Other then that, he is a beautiful, perfect little boy.

I love my dog, but this is experience was extremely stressful and customer service was lacking and still is. Website did not work and I still can’t get responses. Everyone is friendly until they have your money.

Your process was good I just wish this breeder was more cleaner. For only having 2 yorkies he should have been cleaner than he was. Hw was full of mats everywhere.
