I loved all the communication, the prompt responses, the message boards, the fact they didn't have to always log in to a site or to an app. Having my email go to it automatically was convenient. I also loved the guidance about preferred pet transport. We wrongly assumed air travel would be less stressful because its shorter, but we changed to ground once I was told the puppy's comfort would be more comfortable. The updates from the driver were also very helpful as he got closer and narrowed down the window of arrival. The only thing I found a little frustrating was the pet pay portal. It was hard to see and read the contracts after they were signed, in the transaction, details were not itemized, and one of the amounts were also wrong. I wish everything could be done in one system. Overall we had a great experience and can tell they care about Dogs well being.”
