Everyone was so helpful & seamless. The only thing that would have made it even more perfect, would to have received an update or picture of our little boy in the interim couple of weeks waiting for him to be big enough to travel to us.

Our puppy concierge, Lilly, was very responsive to our questions and was a helpful negotiator with the breeder. Responses regarding transporting the puppy home took longer but likely due at least in part due to our rural location. It was still less stressful to have Pawrade take care of the flight bookings!

Pirate the Sheltie He is a wonderful little puppy. Everything with Pawrade was great. Our only complaint was taking delivery at 3AM. Other than that everything is great.

Our puppy, Olive, arrived super clean and smelling good. All documentation of her health was in order and we received timely updates, tracking, as she was in transit. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Additionally, we thought our puppy would arrive lethargic from the shipper, but she arrived happy and energetic. In the World of scams, Pawrade gave us the white glove treatment.

From the moment we found our precious girl on pawrade's website, we knew we had found the one. The communication was fantastic, answering all of my nitty gritty questions timely and being so friendly. I love that the drivers sent me updates along the way, and dropped her off with party favors. This is the 2nd time we adopted our puppy through Pawrade. It is obvious to us that these puppies are well taken care of by the breeders because they both came healthy, happy and full of love to give. Our most recent puppy was a little bit older but she has not shown any fear of people or other dogs. My family and I couldn't be happier with our decision.

I only give praise when its due, I'm telling you dealing with Pawrade was incredible. The most courteous professional staff, they explained everything you need to know and when to do it. The puppy is sweet as can be, but a recent DNA test came back as 70% Chihuahua. Buying from a breeder I assumed it would be 100%. I contacted Pawrade and did not receive a response.
