I am very happy with how everything transpired to acquire my pup. Communication was exceptional and so made the whole process a good experience. I thought travel from Ohio to Arizona was going to be a stressful experience for her, so I was anxious about what shape she was going to be in when she arrived. I appreciated when the drivers kept me posted as to their schedule and how things were going. It’s clear to me that the whole Pawrade team tries to make for a smooth and caring process. Thank you Pam, Lois, Cindy and drivers. If I had one issue to mention it would be not being able to talk to the breeder and learn more about the parents and the pups living environment etc. before she arrived. Thank you all!!

I cannot express how awesome the entire process was and how everything went so smoothly. My puppy is soooo perfect and I am so in love with him. I enjoyed parade except for the endless paperwork. The internet process was sometimes hard to use. The site, however, did have easy access to an agent instead of going through bots.

It was such a pleasure to find my forever puppy at Pawrade. I never questioned whether they would get back to me; their communication is top notch! Everyone I spoke with was professional,knowledgeable, and patient. Questions? No problem, they were right there responding in a timely manner. This morning my puppy arrived and he is the sweetest Bernedoodle! He had a bath, then breakfast and a drink. I took him outside on his leash and we stopped at the mailbox. I have no complaints. I highly recommend finding your forever pet on Pawrade!!

Overall, the process was great, though when asked to upload pictures or documents on the message board, there wasn't a link to do so. Also, some of the checklist instructions from Pawrade and Petpay were either confusing or didn't seem to agree.

The pupy concierge made the experience delightfull and easy to accomplish. The express Puppies experience was flawless with frequent communication from the couriers and delivery slightly ahead of schedule. The puppy delivered was healthy, clean and exactly as advertised. He is a joy to have and loves his forever home.
