It is the 7th day that we have had our pups. I didn’t expect to have to address a possible health concern. I have raised MANY puppies in my lifetime and have Never had this type of problem in the first year! I took her to a vet hospital 45 minutes from my house but never got waited on so I still do not know other than her gums are not as pink as they should be!

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love my new baby! I felt like a kid awaiting Santa. The delivery was in the early a.m. and I was kept abreast as the arrival time changed slightly to an earlier time. The gentleman who brought my baby to the door was most definitely an animal lover and was also very kind, considerate and professional. She's just been here for 4 days and is already ruling the roost and my heart! I wish I had done this months ago! Thank you so very much!

We are in love with Belladonna (chosen name: Hazley). I have some feedback on the process. I requested updated photos two times. It took a week to get 3 pictures from the breeder. I never received the second request. I suggest that once a puppy is committed to a family, the buyer should get routine updates with photos once a week. Seems logical and appropriate given the cost associated with a new puppy.

Very happy with ever aspect of this journey! Communication with agent representing Pawrade was always prompt and puppy provider was extremely nice and helpful. The puppy was well-trained for 12 weeks and in good health. Our family is very happy with our new fur baby who is thriving and joyful in his new home.

From the first moment I called to ask a question until I picked up my new puppy, the people at Pawrade have been wonderful. When I called the first time to ask questions about the type of puppy we were looking for, the lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She listened and then made suggestions on breeds that would fit my needs and lifestyle. My family was able to agree on a puppy easily and the whole process was smooth and we were kept informed every step of the way. We picked our puppy in person and was it was nice to meet the breeder and talk about our dogs temperament and usual behavior. I highly recommend you use them to help you find your new furry best friend.

I was very skeptical of buying a puppy online. But I found a little puppy face that I could not get out of my mind, so I decided to take a chance. While searching for a puppy, I discovered that my puppy was also listed on another website. I chose to buy her from Pawrade because the customer service was so much better. I received much faster replies from the customer service representatives, and no matter how many questions I asked, they were patient with me. It took longer for my little girl to arrive than I anticipated, but she arrived safely with no problems. I had a little trouble scheduling a vet check within 72 hours of arrival, so plan to be on top of that. But the actual buying process was easy, and my puppy is even cuter and sweeter than she appeared in her pictures!

Hi, Booker is doing fine. I have kept the Book part of his name, because the book part of his name was what originaly attracted him to me, due to my last name being Books. He has been renamed "Booksey" and is starting to learn his new name. He still has not mastered the pee pad and going outside to the bathroom yet, but we are working on that. Thank You!
