I would use Pawrade again. My only reason for not giving a five star rating would be the transport. After enlisting the help of a trainer, Piper (Fairy ) came with crate aggression, numerous ticks and is scared of people and dogs. I know this was not the fault of the breeder. Transport guys were nice, but something and probably not on purpose happened that has left an imprint on Piper. The good news is the trainer and I are trying to correct this. Please let the breeder know that I would use her again and I know she would not send a puppy out like that Sincerely Sandy & Piper

I was skeptical about this dog site…I’ve been following it for quite awhile…As much as I don’t like dog breeding to make money…the ones who abuse this …. I got the sweetest Pom today… Everything was smooth and easy… You may talk to a few different people, but everyone is on the same page…I am happy with their service… The drivers who dropped of my sweetness were so nice and friendly… I could tell they enjoyed their job working together as a team..👍❤️🙏 I would recommend this site👍

Pawrade staff did well. However, I would like to let you know that the transporter of my Pup put so much perfume all over her and she is a teacup. I almost gagged when I smelled it and immediately had to give her a bath at midnight. I would recommend that when you choose a transporter that they be told not to cover up smells with perfumes. My previous transporter, make sure that the pups were bathe before they came to my house. I really appreciated that and there was no awful perfume.

Pawrade was recommended to me by friends who love their pup, and I’m so grateful. Every interaction I had with a team member was incredible, these folks are kind and will guide you through the pet adoption process with care. Every time I called, someone answered right away which was such a surprise at first but just shows their commitment. I even called post adoption with a question that would actually have been better suited for insurance, but they resolved it. Most importantly, I’m so in love with my pup and would absolutely use Pawrade again in the future.

I'm very pleased with the professionalism, ease, communication & friendliness of Pawrade. My pup was delivered on time & safely. Not only is he beautiful but so very sweet & calm.
