“The Pawrade experience for our puppy purchase was great! I was extremely impressed with our Frenchies health & well being. The breeder kept impeccable health records and it was evident her pups & parents come first! We chose ground transportation, and my only feedback would be, clarification on arrival date and time window. Meaning, we were told, she would arrive Wednesday evening between 1AM & 6AM, which would actually be " early morning hours of Thursday morning." With that, the ground transportation folks delivered a happy, healthy, confident, French Fry to us, and we couldn't be happier. We would absolutely use Pawrade again!”
“The women I dealt with were always polite, Love my puppy, my only criticism is no feed back from the breeder, my puppy was almost 5 months, so he had a life there, could not get him to drink water after awhile thought he must had one of those in crate waters drip…. If I had known that it would’ve saved a lot of difficulty the puppy had not had any food or water since Monday night. I receive the puppy at 1 o’clock on Tuesday so that’s a long time to go without any water. I got him home couldn’t get him to drink. Finally, about 7:30 I used like a syringe needleless to drip water into him. His food ,did he have wet food did he eat three times a day no information I think that’s almost abusive to the puppy since they’re getting paid for the puppy they could protect the puppy by giving some information about his existence for five months.”

“Our experience with Pawrade has been disappointing. We purchased a Mini Aussie based on what was clearly advertised on the listing, but several things have not matched what was represented. His vaccine/medical documentation required repeated questions and clarification, and his listing specifically says “Dewclaws Removed,” yet he still has them with no documentation showing they were removed. Communication throughout the process has also been difficult, and we felt we had to chase down information that should have been provided clearly from the start. We were also surprised by an additional tax amount that wasn’t clearly disclosed until the purchase/signing process and wasn’t clearly itemized on the invoice, requiring us to do the math ourselves. We absolutely love our puppy, but the purchasing experience has left us frustrated. I strongly recommend carefully verifying every advertised inclusion, medical record, and charge before purchasing through Pawrade.”
