Everything was wonderful with my experience. The only thing that should've been clarified was the fact that there were multiple stops on the way with the dog, so I was expecting her sooner and they needed to make multiple stops to drop other dogs off. Otherwise everything was amazing. The dog came and she was clean, and Happy. We love her so much already

Covered up an injury the puppy had. It appears this puppy was NOT well taken care of and the breeder/seller was deceptive. I will be keeping the dog because I absolutely do not want it going back to these people. Save your money and find a more ethical location to adopt/ purchase a dog.

The concierge helped me through every step of the way. The amount of forms was a bit overwhelming, but I guess necessary. Our puppy arrived healthy and sweet as can be.
Bobby who is now Roscoe arrivedsafe and sound and I couldn't be happier. I was kept informed throughout out the trip and we are getting along fine. Thank you so much! .

From the first email and phone call, I could tell the customer service representatives were professionals. They responded quickly to every question I had and helped make the process of getting a new member of our family enjoyable. Circe (formerly Buttons) is the most precious baby and you can tell that the breeder took care of her and that she was loved. Getting the Puppy Guide was a help and all the instructions were communicated in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Pawrade!
We recently got a beautiful handsome little corgi puppy from your wonderful company and my partner and I couldn't be happier! He is teaching us as much as we are teaching him. Everyone that I have delt with from the very beginning has been very nice and helpful with any and all questions, don't hesitate to purchase a Puppy from Pawrade, you won't be disappointed, it was my 1st time ever purchasing a Puppy this way without seeing it first directly from the Breeder in person, my Puppy is Absolutely Adorable and very sweet and loving and catching on very well. Thank You All For Your Support and taking care of her along the way, she even has a very nice smell to her also which tells me that she was kept clean. She handled the travel from Indiana to Alaska just fine. No issues with eating, she came out of the kennel hungry and ready to play. Got in at 1:00 am and there was no sleeping the rest of the night. Great communication, friendly people all in all great transaction. Thanks

Such a lovely team. Super supportive, super kind with my newbie questions, super responsive. The transaction was incredibly smooth, the puppy transport was managed in an exacting professional manner. They were in constant communication with me. The interaction from beginning to now have been fantastic.
