During the whole process from the beginning to the end, everybody involved in us purchasing our puppy was wonderful and very informative. We had tons of questions since this was the first time getting the puppy this way, but there were no problems whatsoever. If anybody asks us to recommend an easy way to get a dog Pawrade would be definitely the one. Thank you again for getting our wonderful puppy to us right straight to our doorstep.

Every action/requirement required to complete the purchase process was handled with unprecedented professionalism, courtesy and dedication to ensure customer satisfaction. The delivery process was fantastic. The young men driving the van and careing for the puppy were awesome. They provided routine updates and arrival times throughout the day of delivery. Upon arrival they demonstrated true compassion for our puppy and were extremely courteous and professional. Overall, your team was flawless in every respect. JOB WELL DONE
Oh my gosh, you"ll are wonderful. My sweet puppy got here in great order. she is so sweet. Everyone that I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done and met my expectations. I will recomend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a puppy.

Well, after just losing our Cane Corso girl to an undiagnosed, early death. I waited and I started looking at the same breed. Well, some how Britt's photo popped up after a few I was looking at was taken. So, I picked Britt thinking he was the same. Well he's not he's a British Mastiff and he eats like he's never seen food before. He's loves to walk around your feet and he's almost made us fall a few times. But, he's gonna be a big dog. He's got paws and feet that look huge. So, he's funny because he didn't now what stairs were and he's very curious about my cat. My other boy dog Angle had to put him in his place a few times. Trying to party train and getting him use too the cage for bed time is a challenge. He's beautiful and we love him he's part of the family and we have a big fenced in yard to explore.
Our new baby, is beautiful, healthy, social, and loving. She is everything described and in photos. The staff was nothing but kind and helpful.

I was very happy from beginning to delivery of my healthy and happy new family members. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. Communication was superb from beginning to the end. The customer service prior to picking up Gwen was wonderful. However, the statement about no puppy mills is a total line of crap! We picked up our dog from a completely filthy puppy mill! Although your staff tried to whitewash it away. I know a puppy mill and that was a puppy mill! I didn’t even bother sending my veterinarian information back to your company because I honestly didn’t feel as if it would matter that the dog was 13 pounds less than her advertised a month before we got her. So in essence she was advertised at 62 pounds and in the 3-4 weeks that I looked at her and that it took for us to get her she lost 13 pounds! No way. Just feel like we were scammed!

Pawrade was terrific. We identified the puppy we wanted from their website [after doing extensive research on the right breed of dog for our lifestyle]. Pawrade was in contact immediately. Pawrade was always quick to respond to our emails or phone calls. The process is time consuming, but the outcome was great. Meeting our puppy and picking him up at the breeder went smoothly. It is only five days in since picking up our puppy, but we could not be happier with the outcome and the Pawrade service.
