This was a great service--Pawrade makes sure the puppies come from good reputable breeders, and they make sure the puppies go to the right home. The travel service is outstanding, and puppy was delivered clean and relaxed considering her long journey. Exactly as photographed and my perfect new puppy!

We purchased 2 great Cavapoo puppies from Pawrade. The reps were very helpful with excellent communication which made the transactions with the 2 breeders from different states very smooth: also their payment software was easy to work with. The puppies were delivered on time with extra food packets and a toy, which was great although we felt that delivery costs were high. Pawrade support continues alfer the sale, so looking forward to their continued support!

His name is Jax He was delivered right to the front door with two really sweet people that gave us him. He was immaculate and we got a little bag of a little toys for him. They did a great job of delivery. He is the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen.

I did not like the wrong information about dog food and puppy vitamins and I got the run around cal was supposed to come home with me from Flordia he was supposed to be drop of at hotel Saturday at 700 was not notified until after 7 that he was sick he was flown on Wednesday

We are over the moon happy with our puppy Archer! He is so adorable and fuzzy and gives the best snuggles/puppy love. Even though there was some confusion before we arrived, we understand that things happen. Thank you for our beautiful puppy, we love him!
My partner recently passed. There’s been a big hole in my life. I am an Italian American and my nickname is Dino. So when I saw him on your website, I was thinking that is exactly what I need in my life. I am initially starting to bond with Dino. It is a totally enjoyable experience for me. I am largely impressed by how Pawrade facilitated the purchase and transport of our puppy Kassidy. Pawrade met all our expectations. I cannot say that about the process, or relation to the breeder, with whom Pawrade might have a vetting relationship with. Prior to pickup for transport, the breeder obtained a veterinary certificate of health for our puppy. Per the contract, we have had the puppy examined by our local veterinary service within 72 hours, as required. We just completed that inspection, and were both pleased and disgruntled with the results. Pleased that the inspection revealed the cause of the foul order from the puppy, and dismayed to learn she has a bad case of ear mites. causing the odor. So, now have the additional cost of treating the mite infestation. Additionally we were instructed to purchase a specific brand of kibble to the dog. The sample provided by the pet transport upon delivery did NOT match what we were told to buy, which they said she had been eating.
I have to say, my experience with Pawrade was excellent. They are very organized and easy to get a hold of an actual person. We now have our new baby and she is doing well. Thank You Pawrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The communication and service from Pawrade was excellent. The delivery of the puppy was at 11 pm at night although initial eta was 9 pm. The puppy was clean, happy, looks healthy and well socialized.

I am disappointed in Pawrade. You make several misleading statements and promises . You promise a healthy puppy. I got a puppy with ear infections of two different types, and an intestinal parasite. My puppy now has to be treated with medicines . Also , I had to arrange to find someone to fly and get the puppy. the people who delivered the puppy to the airport, traveled with other puppies and perhaps unclean environment and that is why she got sick. Also, the vet certificate from the breeder claimed she was healthy in all respects. Also a lie. Cute puppy , but not the experience that is advertised on Pawrade.
