Eddie came to my home and blended in with my other dogs right away. He is a very well socialized Yorkie and settled into his new home quickly. He loves to snuggle with me and gives lots of kisses. From the very beginning of the process until the moment Chu-Chu arrived safely at my home, my experience with Pawrade was excellent. As a first-time customer purchasing a puppy through an online broker, I naturally had many questions. Every representative I worked with was professional, courteous, patient, and responsive. Donna, Liz, Reagean, Ashley, Brenda, and the rest of the team consistently kept me informed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. xpress Puppies did an outstanding job transporting her from Missouri to North Carolina. They kept me updated during her trip, answered my questions promptly, and delivered her safely. Chu-Chu arrived alert, healthy, and in excellent condition. Within 24 hours of arriving home, she was eating, drinking, playing, and settling in beautifully. My veterinarian examined her the next day and was very pleased with her overall health. She has already become a beloved member of our family. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

We had an amazing experience bringing Frigg (formerly Ivana) home. Tara was wonderful answering all of my questions and helping make sure she was the right fit for our family. We were specifically looking for a small companion dog with a calm, confident temperament who could fit into a busy life with travel, family, and our large dog Odin. Frigg arrived exactly as described — sweet, easy-going, affectionate, and people-oriented. She settled in incredibly quickly, accepted grooming and handling, went for walks, and even met her 90 lb Doberman brother with confidence. The ground transport process was smooth, and she arrived happy and healthy. We couldn’t be happier with our little Queen of Asgard. ❤️

I have to admit I was a tad nervous to purchase from an online site such as this. However, from the very beginning I was called and greeted with a warm young woman who was able to answer all of my questions and guide the process in the adoption of our sweet pup. They are extremely thorough in the process to ensure the safe arrival and to prepare me for arrival. The only thing I didn't realize is that the delivery service delivers 24/7 so be prepared that if you utilize the pet nanny you may receive your pup at 3:30 in the morning like I did. Top notch communication through the whole process and our newest member is healthy, playful, and proving to be just what our family needed. Thank you for everything.
