Molly (new name) is an English Chocolate Lab that I obtained from Pawrade. She arrived healthy and well socialized. The representatives at Pawrade answered any questions I had and kept me informed on Molly’s arrival date. The travel folks that Pawrade uses also did a wonderful job keeping Molly clean and well fed during her trip to her new home. If you are considering adding a pup to your family, I highly recommend Pawrade.

I will admit, I questioned if I’d made the right decision to go through Pawrade but in the end it was seamless and they were great to deal with.

1. Pre-reserved the Pawrade team is unrelenting in their attempt to reach you via all contact methods you’ve shared with them. Once you’ve made contact, they are super friendly, accommodating, but with any sales team, they are trying to make a sale, so be prepared for urgency messaging with making a decision. 2. Post reserved, pre-delivery, the Pawrade team is again friendly, with emails about what to expect wildly flying as they ensure you’re aware of what to expect, but as learned, mostly to drive home the contract requirements from the reservation of your new furry friend. 3. Delivery team, very friendly and provide timely updates as they travel across the US. Due to how young my puppy was/is, ground travel was only option vs air, which was best method until the winter storm pushing into the West. 4. Post Delivery Support Team - friendly quickly moves to a realm in which documentation is paramount over delivery of exceptional experiences. Too much CYA, less support.

Misleading and uncaring. Once you get paid you ignore responsibility. Blocking my pawrade ap and all calls to reach anyone after a 5hr delay and a medical issue at less than 6 days. Very dishonorable behavior.

Fantastic, the delivery was exactly when estimated, drivers very professional. I would like to contact the breeder to let them know what a beautiful, happy puppy we now have. She has blended in well with the 2 older labs that we have. I took her for her wellness check and all was 100%. The vet liked her so much he took pictures.
