Without getting into deep.... all the contracts that really indemnify pawrade and the breeder to the extent you could deliver a brick and I would have to accept it or loose my money and pay shipping yet again. I get it once upon a time I purchased a puppy with distinct markings and clearly was delivered another but the puppy sent was beautiful and and gave me so many good years actually that is who Jackie replaced anyhoo take a minute put yourself in the buyers shoes and really read the contracts as if you were a buyer and ask yourself would I sign those. If you can separate your heart from the transaction? Would you?! It all worked out fine but man was I terrified. Thanks for all your help Much appreciated Jackie is all I had hoped for. Five stars on the puppy, 3 stars on the contracts.

Pawrade helped facilitate the adoption of my new furry family member with quickness and ease. They provided me with all the knowledge of his care before I even had to ask. The breeder from which he came seems reputable and provided a detailed list of vaccination, appointment, and lineage records. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Jessie is the tenth Cavalier King Charles puppy that I have purchased using Pawrade and this transaction went as smoothly as the first nine! I highly recommend Pawrade if you are thinking of adding a pup to your family. They keep in touch, answer all your questions and send very pertinent information and suggestions to make sure your pup adjusts well to his (or her) new home.

Love my sweet puppy, she’s healthy, playful and loving! Didn’t like how long the puppy was on the road, I don’t think it’s ok to have the puppies traveling around the country for 3 days, for 749 usd plus tax they could have perfectly flown her to me

I am very happy with Pawrade. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.. i was scammed with a puppy prior to getting involved with Pawrade. And I was leary, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. They did everything they promised to do. And we renamed him Jimmy. We love him and he's very happy in his new home.

Samson was delivered in great shape, Christeanne kept me informed throughout the delivery process and the dog was delivered clean. C. gave great advice on the dog's eating habits. We are so overjoyed with our little bundle. It met all my expectations and needs since the first day I made the first contact until today, the delivery day. This puppy seems to be healthy and well cared for.

This would have been 5 star just based on initial conversations with Cynthia- if not for her, this might not have happened. She is kind and patient and didn't push at all. Towards the end, Reagean almost made me walk away from the whole thing. She called a couple days before scheduled travel to inform me that Emma had an umbilical hernia. I didn't know anything about that condition and was alarmed and asked questions. She sent a waiver for me to sign showing I was aware of this pre existing condition, the form was very "legal" sounding like a liability issue. I called my vet to understand what this was, and they asked for the Dr's notes to be able to determine the severity. Reagan was reluctant and I didn't hear back for a day-i emailed and she called and said that she would try, but if i was concerned, i could just get another dog from the breeder as I had already paid. She does not have the skills to communicate appropriately in this business, maybe better suited to sell furniture.

The staff and breeder were absolutely delightful and did everything to ensure My beautiful puppy was delivered safe, happy and well cared for. However; the limited accommodations made the process extremely stressful. There wasn’t a way to pay by cash electronically. I suggest they use a cash app similar to Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. If it wasn’t for that slight glitch I would have given Parade five gleaming stars. My five star rating has a very faint tarnish… But obviously one I can deal with. The problem is a system issue and not a people or professional issue.

Sometimes you just know this is the “one”, true! Saw my Frenchie pup and of course continued to research and shop from other sources I kept coming back to named Yoda. Got a little nervous, was having a little problem confirming the connection for the pick up. Left messages with Pawrade but didn’t hear back until I chose the option to purchase a pup. The associate I spoke with jumped right in with my concern and got things going, thank you! I had previously booked a flight a couple of weeks earlier to fly to the breeders state and they graciously agreed to met me at the airport made with Pawrade. They don’t phone you or follow up on those type of things, they text. It wasn’t until the night before my flight that the breeder phoned me and confirmation was made. It did happen and was a wonderful experience, most people would rather have pup delivered to them but not me, I wanted to experience the trip w/Yoda and meet the breeder, yes it was exhausting but worth it!! Thank you 🤗

Excellent experience throughout. Donna was extremely helpful and keep me informed through the whole process. The driver kept me informed of his ETA from the time he picked up my puppie to the time he got to the door. I would use Pawrade again and recommend them to friends and family. I'm very happy with my new puppy, she is very happy and well socialized.

I had a great experience purchasing my puppy from this company! The entire transaction was smooth and professional, and I’m so happy with my new little one—healthy, happy, and exactly what I was hoping for. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have appreciated a bit more communication throughout the process. When you’re eagerly waiting to welcome a new puppy into your home, those little updates—daily or even every other day—really mean a lot. That said, everything went well and I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a new furry friend.

I could not be more happy with the experience I have had with this company. Keeping in constant contact, updates and photos of my new family member, and making the processes so easy step by step. All of the information given to help me make sure my puppy has a smooth transition was incredibly helpful. My puppy is amazing, healthy and without issues. Comfortable from day one and is feeling right at home! Thank you pawrade for giving my family it's newest member. We are all so happy.
