The process was smooth, a few hiccups with communication but otherwise great experience. If the website would add a feature to maybe search by state or potty training preference that would be great. I will be using them again

Working with Pawrade was very good. The delivery was a little questionable but it did happen. We got an adorable little guy and my wife was so surprised when he arrived. She immediately fell in love with him which made me very happy. He’s done great these last few days and is settling in to his new home. He found his voice this morning and is spunky as can be. The cavaliers get along great with him and he has more than enough love here. We are happy and he is a lucky little guy to have found such a good home! Thank you Pawrade

Pawrade was great from start to finish. My contact was Tara and any questions I had she responded in minutes no matter the time of day. My girls are loving their new Frenchie. I have to also say the breeder I met at the airport was great as well. Gave me a lot of good tips on what to have when the dog arrived and has answered any questions I have had since.

I left a message were I had been communicating with the girls. Please see that. I know I probably frustrated these poor girls because I feel in love with half a dozen puppies before I could finally come up with the money. But either way I have my fur baby now and she is the sweetest thing. I’m just so much in love with her. Despite having trouble coming up with the money for a puppy, the girls were very patient and kind with me. The guys who delivered her to me, I only met one guy was so nice he helped me understand some things and he was very sweet. I did not have any extra money when they came (payday is Wednesday) but I would love to send then a tip. Can you find out how I do that. I’d give Pawrade an A+. All the way around. Thank you Pawrade for selling me the perfect puppy.

I was not in the loop with anything. When I had questions I had to send several messages or call a ton of times or even send Facebook messages. Communication is very lacking with this company. The delivery company was great. But I wish I had more communication with them as well. All in all I am surprised I got what I paid for and she is healthy.

Wonderful experience ! Guided us through every step of the adoption . Answered every question promptly. The travel to get here was quite a distance but we were kept in the loop with pictures and updates on the entire trip to us even to tell us Maddie was only ten minutes away !! The man that dropped Tinsley to us was really very nice. It was pouring down rain when she was delivered, so he put Tinsley in his jacket so she wouldn’t get wet. He answered all our questions and was very polite. We are in love with our new puppy.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and our puppy is wonderful and healthy. The only negative is that the transport description makes it appear the dog is transported individually but that was not the case. Our puppy was transported with 6 others, making the trip over twice as long as it needed to be, crated the whole time. This left the puppy quite dirty on arrival and has the risk of exposure to other dogs at a time when the puppy immune system isn’t fully intact (and did not have Bordetella vaccine yet).

A little disappointed that delivery notice was sent the morning of the delivery to arrive 12-1 pm. I was told 7-8 of April and supposedly Fonzie was in Arkansas. No way he could get here in under 5 hours. ? So wondering were he actually was? I was in hospital with elderly neighbor that day for a cardiac procedure. Luckily my office staff was able to handle the delivery. O had left the kennel at my office with supplies just in case. On the good side Fonzie is a great little baby. He is eating, drinking , and doing well scheduled for Wellness vet visit this afternoon at Panhandle Vet in Chipley, FL.

Let me preface this, that I love this puppy and will do anything to make him happy! The transport guy thrust the puppy in my hands and snapped a picture...immediately after the pup tore up my hand...he was so scared poor little guy! I was to bath him, not! I can't touch the pup! No one can get near him! Being gentle and giving him space, but really what the heck happened to this little guy! I have been part of a rescue organization for 10 years and this little guy has all the signs of abuse. He is loving being with my other puppy and the big yard to run in. I am confident with gentle care he will come around, but really why am I having to rehabilitate a 5 month old puppy! Advertised as loving and wanted cuddles...not! Very sad. My heart breaks for this little guy.

The process was pretty straight forward. Whenever I had a question I was always was able to get ahold of someone whether it be on the phone or a message. Margot* aka now Prada is such a sweet pup and so very smart. It did take about 3 weeks for her to be delivered to me but I would definitely buy again from here.
We are already in love with our new fur baby was “Yuba” now Brooklyn. She is absolutely adorable from the top of her head to her little tail. She is the sweetest ever. The drivers were amazing and communication and updates were appreciated. She is getting along with her fur sister and brothers. She will be loved as much as her siblings. Thank you for the entire process. She is worth every penny we spent to get her. Praying for a good wellness check with the Vet on the 16th. Thank you Pawrade staff!

Very impersonal experience. Delivery was in the middle of the night both times- attempted first time and I couldn’t accommodate. He was sent back to the breeder and we had to coordinate a second delivery. They waived the return fee and I had to pay a second delivery fee. Contract did state that a middle of the night delivery was possible, I just didn’t expect it to literally actually be at midnight. Communication wasn’t great. Didn’t receive any additional pictures or videos after I purchased the dog. Overall I would not recommend Pawrade and will not purchase a puppy through them again. The puppy is happy and healthy though! And he’s pretty adorable ♥️
