Great experience. The entire process from puppy selection to receiving the puppy was very smooth. We chose the ground transport and that worked well. Our puppy is adjusting well and we love him!!

This is my second puppy threw pawrade honestly I was a real pain this time around. Was over reacting to how he was being delivered. I honestly had nothing st all to worry about. Zach was great and took wonderful care of my puppy who we are calling Arlo as b my Son's name is Matthew. Once again I found everyone to be extremely helpful, professional and it was a joy working with Pawrade again.
Very wonderful, what a great workers my puppy got home, safe and happy I would like to thank the drivers to make sure the puppy arrived well and safe very impressed with the help I received.

This was our first experience with pawrade. Everyone we spoke with from the initial inquiry, to the customer support, to the transportation team were so kind. Always helpful, prompt in responding to questions, and supportive. The documents we received for our pup were great. At our 72 hour vet visit our vet was impressed with the level of care our pup had received from the breeder as well as the head to tail exam. All in all great experience

Our transaction with Pawrade went very smoothly. The representatives were very kind and attentive. My only constructive feedback is that I didn’t receive updates from the transit team as I was promised by Pawrade. I was very concerned but the Pawrade representative contacted the transit company and I finally got the information I needed. Except for being anxious and needing updates the whole process was very smooth.

Our puppy is entertaining, loving, smart and not even a little bit house trained. He's breaking our hearts, peeing and pooping in our home, we have a doggie door but he only uses it to go out and come in. We put him out and he comes in and pees! Our little boy is now 7 months old and really should have some control here. He "Stays", he let's me put his food down without coming in the eating area. He loves his crate. We love this baby but are terribly disappointed he is not potty trained. Maybe we should have him neutered? I don't know.
