Great experience purchasing puppy! Time will tell, but very happy with our selection. Beware of extra costs such as tax and transportation. Listing was $2650 but when all was said and done with tax and delivery tip, came to about $4000 and the MetLife pet insurance does not kick in for NY, so also consider additional vet fees for remaining vaccines and arrival check. They say you get what you pay for. We are really hoping he is with it. So far, his love is priceless.

Much of this is due the exceptional care received by the breeder, Jessica. Administrative support from, Lois, Shannon and other support staff was prompt and very accessible. I am a very happy doxie mama again!

West Highland White Terrier - Westie Puppy

James is an adorable puppy. Although we expected a dog at 6 months of age to have a bit more training and to be potty trained, which he is not. His eating pattern is a bit out of our pattern, and we have to change that to accommodate our other dog, which will be another training issue. He is a lot more work than we expected but are enjoying him every day. He is going to work out well with our family; he is very cute.

Well, bought my puppy on the 19th of March. I didn't receive him until the 6th of April. He was driven on the 4th of April, but 2 days prior I found out that he was castrated, had a hernia and the little soft spot in his head was, uh, very far. Apart still, how can you Castrate an eight week old puppy.Well somebody pays $3200 for a dog, and they castrate them without letting me know when I bought him that he was castrated, 2 days before he was sent to me. I was told that even when I took him to the vet, they couldn't understand why my little puppy was castrated. That is unacceptable. How can you do that? They post to be 6 months old to a year before you castrate them all that money, I spent and all the little things he had wrong, well, nobody told me to that he even had a hernia, until 2 days before he was supposed to be driven up here. They could have told me When I purchased him that he had a hernia or yeah, by the way, we castrate them already too. Why daddy said he has to be 2 poun

The puppy was delivered to us using their transportation concierge, Express Puppies. We were delighted by the timeliness and care during transportation. The puppy arrived clean, happy, and well cared for. The follow-up afterward to ensure the puppy is receiving consistent and continuing care was wonderful. We received valuable support and advice, making sure our new puppy was settling in well. I would work with Pawrade again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new puppy.

Cindy on Sunday March 23rd was especially helpful as the original girl I spoke to on Saturday night had not responded to my emails and text. Cindy was so lovely and accommodating that I ended up purchasing the second puppy XANTI. If not for Cindy being so helpful, kind polite and accommodating I definitely would not have XANTI and I may have called another site instead of choosing Xena. Everyone else in the process was very helpful as well. The transport guys (Jesus and Louis) were also very polite and kept notifying me of their progress and the puppies were very happy and playful upon arriving. I love the puppy, 5 ⭐️ Delivery was great, Antony so caring 5 ⭐️ Other frustrations - The Transfer of Ownership- Sent three times. Lindsey said she didn’t get it. I was given until 4/14/25. I tried one last time and got an email from her saying she got it on the 13th. On the 14th I got an email saying times up offer expired. I’ve sent emails and have not heard back. I sent a copy of the email I rec’d confirming date, no email from you. 1 ⭐️ Well puppy visit- I was not able to get an appt until 4/14. I wrote to your office and still haven’t heard anything. Salem is big town. I called every vet office until I got to the “V’s” before I found one taking new clients and having an opening. They require 45 min. for a well puppy exam. The first one they had was 4/14/25. 1 ⭐️ Should I still sent this to you? I did let you know before hand and no one answered. I tried to find one within 3 days, I found one within 7 days. He received an excellent report. Sally
