Was initially very skeptical about an online process to buy a pup with the same concept as carmax. However, there was solid communication throughout and the delivery process was surprisingly seamless. Maybe we just lucked out but our pup is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Thank you to the Missouri-located breeder and Pawrade for your professionalism! :)

I am really disappointed in my purchase. The change of who I recieved from the photo. The puppy came sick and needing medical care as well as eating his own feces, urinating everywhere and so on. A ton of health issues and costs within first day of arrival. Travel was terrible in communication with me , as I was told one day and not another word until someone randomly said they picked him up day and half after it was scheduled. No communication during the transport to me. I have shared my concern as he has not arrived as the sweet little puppy as advertised. It’s been so disappointing and nothing done after all spent to get him here.

I feel overall the service and follow up was good; but once you make the transaction you have a very limited amount of time to reverse it (3 days) and only 50% refund within 7 days. It literally takes more than that to get back test results. Our dog has been great and the communication with the Breeder was great after the purchase though.

"Mikey" arrived here safe, sound and on time by American Airlines. I don't know why we had to wait weeks for a van to transport him when this was done overnight. I'm very appreciative of the girl that quickly made these arrangements. I'm sure that time could've been spent taking him to our regular vet instead of exposing him to other things. The vet report came back stating that he has guardia and toxicity. He now is on two medications everyday and I'm sure, when the tests come back, it will show that our 1.5 year old Maltipoo has contracted it, I'm sure you know how contagious they are. The process of getting him here was pretty stressful, when it should have been a happy situation. You can read the thread of emails to follow the discussion. Meanwhile, Mikey is living the life of a beach bum. He eats the best food, sleeps in our bed, plays constantly with his sister, has more toys and chewies than we can count and has a groomer that comes to our home.

Claire is now Minnie and joins my other companion, Mickey, a spayed, 80 pound, black Labrador. Minnie is so well adjusted! She arrived joyful and ready to join the small family we have. Nothing frightens her, she (at3.9 pounds) already dominates Mickey! She hasn’t messed in the house once! At her ver check up, he literally raved about the vet care the breeder had provided Minnie. I tell everyone what a good experience this adoption has been. I am so pleased with every aspect of adding Minnie to my life. Thank you.

The process was quite involved and quite a bit of paperwork to take in. We have had Flynn for 1 day and he is delightful. The breeder was very helpful and he has been for his vet check. All checked out ok. I would definately recommend Pawrade to help find a new puppy. Sandy and Roger
