It was pretty good. I did have a few problems with tech issues I needed to do but I am not tech savey. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I just love my new little pup. Also the delivery guys were great !!!!! Thank you all.

My puppy was great, and the Pawrade folks were overall very good and responsive. The concern is have is with the breeder. I believe she may be a glorified puppy mill. My pup smelled horrible when i picked her up, and while the owner checked many of the boxes, I'm can't help but feel like I rescue my pupp from a not so great living environment.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I’ve had from the beginning process up to my pups delivery. The back and forth communication either by email or phone was always fast and responsive. Thanks ladies! I chose the Wags on Wheels delivery method. Lem and Zach were great. Myself and 5 other family members were at my home to greet her. She’s perfect and so peppy. Now I just have to figure out how to change her batteries! Just kidding.

Very nervous using a website and paying so much upfront. But it was a relatively worry free process. We received our puppy roughly 3 to 4 weeks after i first reserved her. People from both pawrade and the travel department communicated with me very promptly. We've taken our little one for her first vet visit. Everything checked out fine. She is cuddly, very feisty and already capturing the hearts of everyone in our family!!

Everything about the process is seamless!! All questions and concerns were answered in a very timely manner. I would recommend this site to anyone who asks where we got our puppy. And omg our puppy don't even get me started!!! She might be the most perfect girl ever made. She arrived via ground service delivery right to our door on a Tuesday at midnight healthy and warmed up to us right away. Yes we were a bit nervous she may not be real and we might of gotten scammed but the moment we laid eyes on her every single one of those thoughts went right out the windows. I would definitely buy my next puppy thru pawrade we are 100% satisfied customers and so so thankful for pawrade. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our sweet little puppy’s delivery date was delayed. This is the third puppy we have purchased from Pawrade. As disappointed as we were for the delay, we took comfort because our puppy was diagnosed with Giardia and wanted her to be treated and healthy before she traveled. We were informed she was cleared for travel and she arrived within 3-4 days. It was understandably a very early morning delivery, no one cared because we were so excited. Unfortunately, she arrived with poop stuck on her and with an over abundance of fragrance, probably to conceal it. I took our little puppy to the vet the next day. I asked for a stool sample to confirm she no longer had Giardia. To my disappointment, she was confirmed to not only have Giardia but also coccidia. Both are very contagious. Now, all of my dogs have to be treated due to exposure. I am super upset. As I read through the paperwork that shipped with her, I was surprised to not see any documents of the puppies treatment before shipping.

Pawrade had the mini dachshund ‘dapple’ that we absolutely fell in love with at first sight. We had been looking at mini dachshund’s for a couple of months and we found him, Jackson, on Pawrade. They were so prompt in respond to my contacting them. They called me right away! It’s so good to actually talk to a person who is extremely knowledgeable. They made the entire process flow so nicely. Brisket ~15 weeks old (née Vincent) was delivered to my door full of kisses and spunk. He is a beautiful boy in excellent condition and heath. The entire process with Pawrade was easy and seamless. All of my questions were answered in the same day or the next by knowledge, very pleasant staff. The process is transparent with the obligations of both the buyer and seller clearly stated in information provided and the contract that is signed. One of the things I appreciated and find most useful is the new puppy guide Pawrade will send you. I will not hesitate to recommend Pawrade to anyone choosing to add a new pet to their family.
