THANK YOU! The newest member of our family is a beautiful, sweet little boy - beagle now named "Harley". He has a heart of gold and barks at himself when he sees his reflection, whether it's fireplace glass doors, a TV screen and of course a mirror. We are convinced he is saying, "who's that good looking young man?" We are so happy to have him and so are our other dogs, they have someone new to play with - except Max, he's older and thinks the little babies are just annoying!

My puppy, Jolene aka Sharon, arrived Thursday and I couldn’t have been happier❣️ She was clean, happy and came right to me❤️ She’s a bit thin but eats a little a lot, not housebroken YET but we are working on it. I put her in a soft kennel on my bed at night and she sleeps until about 2AM I take her outside to potty then straight back to kennel and sleeps another 4 hours. I couldn’t ask for better❣️ THANK YOU ALL so much for Jolene❣️

The company that delivered our puppy, called us to be sure they had our correct address and kept us informed of when the delivery time would be. They arrived with our precious puppy within the two hour window they had given us.❤️♥️♥️🥰

1st of all, formerly Ruby, now Gracie, is a beautiful, sweet and smart puppy, and already going outside. The breeder is to be commended. I purchased Gracie at only 2-1/2 weeks old, so I've waited a long time for her arrival. Everything went well with the breeder sending my concierge Emily weekly photos so I could see her growth. I was given a departure date of April 30th and Brandon from Stuart Transport contacted me, saying Gracie would arrive the next evening, although he could not give me a timeframe. By May 1st, I waited as the day progressed and finally called at 4 PM, again at 6 PM and left a message to please contact with me with an update on her trip. By 7:30 PM when I'd heard nothing, I called the 888 number for Pawrade, got a voicemail and no one ever called back. I realize I can't complete this message as it stops typing. I have asked Emily to call me and still waiting. Not happy with lack of communication once Gracie left her breeder!

First I would like to thank the transport team for their efforts getting Angelou here with me. I have been super excited to meet her, and I am not dissapointed (She is beautiful). She has been a little timid and taking her time getting comfortable, however I believe she is at home now. Thank you all for the responses and the only thing I suggest is to keep up with communication, for example updating with the 5W's (who, what, when, where, why). That is the only suggestion I have otherwise everything went smooth and I am very thankful! Well wishes to Pawrade, Sincerley, Brandon

I got a little impatient a couple of times waiting on messages to reach the breeder as it was my first time purchasing from a company like Pawrade. I learned this is just part of the process, and customer service representative, Emily, was always available to take my calls and answer questions. Secure payment site, responsive customer service, and reputable and detail-oriented transport (Legacy Pet Services) to get my pup to me at an airport of my choosing. All-in-all a good experience. 10/10 would use again

You guys have been wonderful - and so informative. I do have a complaint though - with the delivery person. He carried Jackson (Sullivan) into the airport over head as though he was delivering a pizza. This must have bruised his ribs or his tummy - for the first two weeks we could not pick him up - he was lovable - on his level - but we couldn't cuddle him - that was a grave disappointment, plus I knew my little guy was hurting. But he seems all healed now and we are having a wonderful experience with him.

Hello, I am writing to formally raise concerns about the puppy we recently purchased, which was not accurately represented at the time of sale. During the initial veterinary examination, the vet identified a potential heart murmur - a condition that was not disclosed prior to the purchase. This undisclosed health issue may also impact our ability to secure pet insurance. Additionally, the puppy was advertised as approximately 9 weeks old, yet our veterinarian estimates the age to be closer to 12 weeks. These discrepancies have caused us significant disappointment and concern. We request your prompt attention and resolution of this matter. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we will be compelled to file a fraud claim with our credit card provider. Thank you for your immediate attention. Sincerely, Jamin Claus
