Very nice people, very quick reply times that answer all qiestions. Four things I find an inconvenience. For one, as a buyer I had no direct contact with the breeders, this was very minor, since the reps at pawrade did their best for all thurogh communication as a third party. Secondly, I was told the puppy came with her shots. They were not completed, so out of my pocket I spend more on finalizing vaccinations. Third of all, the listing had the puppy as AKC certified. Come to find out, it was a lie. Healthy pup, decent price delivery. And lastly, there is way, way too much supervision involced in buying a pet. Under contract its strict i am unallowed to have my own dog breed if i wanted her to, i am required to upload any vet appointments, and they make you avoid several veteranarians, when you buy a dog here, dont expect to feel like you fully actually own the animal. It feels more like a rental. It's a decent experience. I would rate 5 stars if these problems weren't existant.

I thought everything went well. The only thing that happened was that she had Kennel Cough, which she either had, or had contact with another dog with whooping cough on her travels here. Other wise great. She's better now and really cute.
We renamed Clever as Kevin! He’s such an amazing Great Dane. So loving so sweet such a gentle giant. Thank you so much Pawrade for bringing me my best friend!! He will be 4 in June!

Pawrade made it an easy transaction, sometimes the communication was slow but was fixed pretty quickly with a phone call. I have the perfect puppy and I love him so much, so thankful!

The service was good The puppy has ticks so far I have found 10 ticks on a puppy that’s 5 pounds. I think that is unexceptionable. You give the impression your breeders are screened and top notch. Obviously that is not true.

Pawrade was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They really knocked it out of the park on every level. The communication, coordination, delivery, and attention to detail in care and well being of the pup were all 1000%. I can't thank them enough for everything that they did for me and my little fur baby. I would (and will) ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anybody that is looking to add a little fuzzy family member. From constant communication with the Concierges, to the delivery from Wags on Wheels, LLC, we have had the BEST EXPERIENCE with getting a puppy in our entire lives! getting a puppy through pawrade was the best decision i ever made. i love my boy so much. people may think it’s a scam and it’s a bad idea but im glad i chose this company. everytime i called and had a question, they answered and helped with anything i needed. i wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process any other way!

I love the puppy that I received, however the picture that is needed showing I received the puppy was not easy to facilitate since I/many people are not familiar to do. I'm also depending on the gentlemen that took the picture to "upload" and send since it was explained by pawrade that would be done on their side and If I wasn't able to figure it our they would at lease have it from their delivery company that they use. As far as sending the Vet appointment, which was done, I sent it to the email address that was given to me from Lois, as an attachment, but have not heard from anyone as far as confirmation. That would be nice for pawrade to follow up ASAP so I have submitted all that needs to be done on my end of this. I paid at lease $4,000 and have followed all instructions and would appreciate contact from Pawrade to see how all is going and if they need any other information from me.

We were so pleased with Pawrade. Their communication was exemplary. They answered our questions, sent videos and pics of Freya. I liked the app that allowed us to track when she would be arriving. They sent communication one step at a time so we weren’t overwhelmed. I have already referred someone to Pawrade.

The process of adopting my new best friend has been fantastic. Very smooth with no issues. My puppy and I have been inseparable since his arrival. Thank you.
Overall it was a very good experience but somewhat nerve wracking when we could not get a timely confirmation of when to pick up our puppy. Fortunately our requested pickup date was honored but it took a week and only 2 days advance notice to find that out. Other communication via chat was good. The puppy is wonderful and when we did get the breeder info we had an excellent conversation with great coaching on feeding and habits. The Pawrade to-do list ensures we will make sure we have a happy healthy start to our puppy’s new life with us.

My only note to pawrade would be to help put buyers at ease by providing much more frequent and personal puppy updates during the waiting period (pics, videos) whenever possible - as if you (pawrade) are now a person watching my dog, because in a way you are.
