Very happy with Dory! My parents and many others didn’t understand why I was getting a dog as they all said, over the internet. I explained many times that, you can’t just go to a pet store anymore. And in Jacksonville, Florida. At the humane society. The most common dog there is a pit bull and such of that mix. And yes, I’m retiring since my wife’s passing at the first of the year. It’s only going to be me and the dogs from here on now. Yes I have a rescue Walker hound that is doing great with a puppy. Already know that She definitely didn’t like older dogs, especially males with Her past experience. So yes, for us, this is the perfect opportunity and way for us to truly enjoy retirement.

We were nervous about buying a puppy online for many reasons— scams, puppy mills, poor transport — but none of those fears came true with Pawrade. Communication was excellent throughout, and the transport team was fast, professional, and so caring. Our puppy arrived healthy, happy, well-adjusted, and nearly fully potty-trained at her age of 12 weeks! The only small improvement would be faster follow-up right after purchase — a quick human call or quicker contract emails would ease first-time nerves. That said, everything else was flawless. Based on our experience, Pawrade is wonderful and we would highly recommend. We couldn’t be happier!

Up until we actually picked up our puppy we were very satisfied with Pawrade. We drove 3 hours to meet the breeder but when he arrived he had a female dog instead of a male dog. The picture on your website was definately this dog but you listed her as a male (Nano). We were not planning on getting a female dog but on the spot we decided to take her since we would have to start the process all over again and wait for another dog that we could afford. The breeder was very nice but clearly stated that he told you this was a female not a male. We are wondering if there is any compensation that could be given to us. We picked the dog up on Mothers Day and then noticed on your website that you were offering 10% as a Mother's Day special had we waited. That would have been a $350 savings to us. I highly recommend Pawrade as a source for a new puppy. They are a very professional organization and thorough in vetting the breeders they work with to make sure they are reputable and experienced. They do not ever buy from puppy mills. They provide health guarantees and a very professional purchase contract to protect both buyer and seller. They also provide proof that the puppy you purchase has had a wellness exam and initial set of vaccinations. The puppies I purchased are very healthy, active, and both have adorable personalities. I am thrilled with both of them. They were transported to me from Oklahoma to California by experienced drivers who did an incredible job taking care of the puppies during the 2 1/2 day journey and the puppies arrived safely, happy and full of energy. Again, I would highly recommend Pawrade.

Your team was very responsive and provided what to expect. I had a problem with my first pup she wasn't growing, I couldn't get her and she passed. I felt a bond it was terrible. Then I got another pup with same breeder. I was concerned about weight and pictures. Didn't get them but connected with breeder day before pick up. She provided info to put my mind at ease. My new pup, Angel is amazing. So spunky, cuddle bug and she's eating and drinking fine, no stress.

The process worked. It is very rigid, especially since you have to take a chance that you cannot return the puppy if the puppy turns out to be substantially other than depicted from a couple of photos.
