Quite expensive, more than I had planned on but very professional organization, with caring, attentive, responsive, available staff. I would use them again. The only problem I had was the airline. My husband was at the airport three times for hours waiting for the dog. Twice her plane arrived and she wasn’t on it. Nobody told us the first flight was delayed until an hour after the arrival time. The second time, her plane deplaned and she wasn’t on it so we gave up and a man from the airport called. He said that even though she had a two hour layover, she missed her connection. Still, her new flight was delayed. She finally got home at midnight. We were very stressed besides worrying that the dog had no food or water. I would have been relieved had I known she was traveling with food and water. But she’s fine and happy.

Overall, my experience with pawrade was great. I had a few bumps along the way, but Cindy at Pawrade worked with me and assured me everything would be fine and it was SUPER. I would recommend you guys over and over. I have already to co workers looking for dogs. It's the best way to go. I'm in love my Fur baby. Love him ❤ to peices. Thank 🙏 You Pawrade for putting up with my me. You guys are the BEST.

Love my puppy! Communication was great up to the day of pickup. We drove for 2 hours still not knowing if we were even going to get our puppy, when we had to make several calls before we got her! She is beautiful and healthy and we are thrilled to have her!

From the very first phone call, speaking with Amber about my circumstances and need for a youthful puppy in my home after the recent loss of my husband and 4-yr old cat (both taken too early), to the paperwork, travel itinerary, to Zach placing my sweet, scared pup in my arms, it has been a 5 Star experience. I had never brought a new furry family member into my home under this type of circumstances. As a veterinary professional, I scrutinized the handouts, explaining how to introduce the new pup to other pets in the household, preparing for the arrival day with a bath and food, it was all well written. Thank you! Tili (my 12 year old puggle) annd I are ready for the puppy energy!!!

Jimmy arrived perfect. The delivery driver was beyond nice. It was after midnight and after about 1.5 hours of cuddling he went to his crate where he slept until this morning. He is eating and drinking and running around like he had lived with me for months. He is a dream come true.

It was very easy to use Pawrade. Overall, this was a quick and easy process to get a wonderful puppy. The puppy was exactly as advertised. He is well socialized and arrived one day early. We used the delivery service. Our driver's communication was consistent and accurate. They were very helpful!

All went very well with the exception of the choice of either the breeder or Pawrade to use a discount airline and a 9 hour flight vs. an $85 more costly direct flight which would have saved 5 hours of travel for the puppy. And not require the courier to wait 5 hours for a return flight. Plus there was confusion as someone contacted me regarding a FIVE DAY drive with the 3 lb. puppy which would have been horrible for the puppy. That may have been a mistake on someone's part but for the price paid for the puppy and the transport this left me with a bad taste in my mouth that $85 wouldn't have been worth less than half the time for this puppy to have to travel.
