Off to a poor start. I adopted a Cavapoo, Collette (new name is Scarlet). I was told she is crate trained; she goes berserk when I put her in a crate. She has no clue where to pee or poo or when. Pee pads mean nothing to her. She seems to have a very large bladder because she can go long periods of time without need to relieve herself (kept in a crate at the breeders too much?). Also, she has GIARDIA which I am now treating her for. I realize there are risks with any puppy, but at a full 4 months old I would have thought she would have at least MINIMAL potty training. I love Scarlet and will solve all these problems, but I will not be recommending Pawrade to anyone.

We love love love love our little girl. So happy we have her thank you so much. As an older person it was challenging at times with doing everything online. We lost out on another puppy because of that. But we managed with the help of Kelly and Shannon they helped me with the online. We picked her up from the breeder and it was such a pleasant experience. I would recommend the breeder to anyone. Thank you Pawtade we have already given your name to a couple people.

The experience we had with parade was excellent from beginning to end and delivery was painless.. we love our puppies and we feel that they are well cared for quality babies. My only only comment is to try to cut down on the pure volume of emails that are repetitive it's very confusing to figure which is the latest and continuance of the last one. Thank you for a great experience we hope to cherish our babies for many years

Using Pawrade was the best decision I ever made. I picked Halo, my yorkie poo, and she is beautiful!!!!! Using the transport was so easy, all I had to do was wait for(Halo) now Holly to be dropped off on My doorstop. The delivery gentlemen were very polite. Everything was professional, above board and I would highly recommend!!!!!

The Pawrade reps were friendly enough. But my gosh, the MANY, MANY steps required to purchase a puppy is crazy! Filling out numerous paperwork, so many hoops to jump through, contacting the insurance and submitting it yourself (for a mere 30 day coverage when I have my own policy on my other 2 dogs) and waiting several days for word on when you can get your puppy, it’s just too much! I would recommend finding a QUALITY breeder who does the proper testing on the sire and dam yourself, in your area. Visit, know who you’re buying from. Pawrade states they don’t use puppy mills but the breeder names on my paperwork doesn’t match up with the vet check, nor with the name we were given to call to pick up our puppy. So 3 different breeder names? Also, we picked up the puppy in HEAVILY populated Amish country, from a pet store. We were to meet the owner there, yet the owner wasn’t there, only the puppy. Will I purchase another puppy from Parade? Absolutely not.

Truly a very tough experience. They were eager to close and get our puppy sold to us. However, when we got him he was extremely sick with a stomach infection. He was throwing up black and was a pound lighter than we were told he would be, less than 2 lbs. At 8 weeks, he was driven down from Missouri to Florida and was listed as not having eaten during the whole trip (food was offered, not consumed). In under 24 hours our little guy was almost catatonic, and we had to take him to the ER where he needed to stay overnight. The cost of the visit given the tests they needed to run to make sure they can save him was incredibly expensive, and because a symptom of his infection was hypoglycemia, the guarantee may not cover it, and we are now in debt to pay off his care. The problem with their plan is that so many sicknesses have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) as a symptom and this essentially makes their "puppy guarantee" very risky. I don't know yet whether they will cover this.
