I will say the service is exactly as advertised. But I do think more interaction between seller and the breeder would be really helpful. It was a nerve wracking process not knowing what kind of condition the dog is kept in prior to transport and how they’re taken care of etc. I don’t think I’ll purchase another dog with pawrade unless some changes are made with the process but I do appreciate that it is very straightforward about the way things are done.

Once I reserved Paloma, the process was handled professionally and expeditiously. All.staff was kind and courteous and responsive. I was kept apprised of every step in the process right up until my puppy arrived at my door. I highly recommend Pawrade if you’re looking for a puppy and want to feel confident about your decision.

I had no idea as to what I was getting into when I ran across Pawrade online. I started browsing for a puppy of a breed that I have always wanted, but I have always rescued the throwaways and never treated myself to this darling breed. I found myself falling in love with a puppy that I just couldn't resist! So, I started the process. I had no idea that there was a structure to the process. A great structure! The process was well-coordinated by a trained staff. And from breeder to hand-delivery, every step was executed. I was kept well-informed every step along the way, and great diligence was exercised in vetting me, which was for the puppy's protection. This told me a lot about how much the breeder and staff cared about each puppy's health and future. My puppy was driven from Indiana to South Carolina, and he was delivered with a small bad of the food he eats, he was microchipped, and with the AKC registration documents. My vet found him to be "perfect!" I adore him!

From start to finish this was amazing, Cynthia was very instrumental in making sure all things were done. I can't say enough amazing thing about the two gentlemen who was in charge of bringing Mt ST Berdoodle to me, my puppy fed, and smelling wonderful. In conclusion, everything was perfect.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ENTIRE TEAM TO ANYONE, also the transport team kept me updated at least two to three times a day, from when they feed him to when he was put down for bed.

We are so excited and in love with our new little love Lucy Lulu!! The process was very smooth with updates daily on the pup! The only reason I gave 4 stars was not Pawrades fault but somehow there was a situation with the breeder or the vet prior to leaving which set her arrival back another week. This was very disappointing but a week and two days later our little baby girl has arrived!!🥰🙏

I am over the moon happy with my decision to take a chance on acquiring a puppy through Pawrade. Through the whole process I have felt that Pawrade is 100% behind the best interest of the available puppies. My puppy is perfect! He is fun, loving and healthy.
