“The level of customer service throughout the whole process was over and beyond any expectations. The first day I saw her listed online I was on the phone around 8 am Saturday morning and got to meet her on a zoom call that same afternoon. It was amazing!! All my questions were answered promptly and my baby arrived on 10-15-24. She was just 8 weeks old and beautiful! We bonded immediately!! She’s brought nothing but joy since she arrived. “First of all we love our puppies. On the plus side, using Pawrade widened our search area and allowed us to view all the puppies we were interested in. On the minus side we were not able to see the puppies with their litter mates or with their parents. We had to take a leap of faith in Pawrade. Fortunately things seem to be working out.”
